@Y-sq3xz ohhhh…. Ok! Is this the same guy that they did a podcast on and whose dad was charged as an accessory but was found not guilty? They believe Paul is a multiple time offender? Am I thinking of the same person? 🙏
Yeah the sentence should be like 50 years to life and give up what happened to her body or 99+ years some sentence like that would send a direct message 🤦♂️
He can rot in jail, but everyone knew the guy was psycho when he was a kid and headed that way. The local sheriff department wasn't the only organization who screwed up. Paul put a 13-yo in the hospital with brain injury when he was 16 and suffered no consequences. Numerous girls said he'd attacked them years after the fact. So many people just stood back and watched him run wild and hurt more people. So gutless and shameful.
Idgaf how close I am with my child. If they murder someone and tell me, I’m calling the cops. It baffles me how parents will help their monsters of children.
@@smckay6438 yah but it’s California but makes no sense, then you got people who commit robbery or drug crimes who automatically have more time, but no way they’ll let him out any time soon
“Massive manhunt”? The police ignored the FBI notice to dig up the backyard and it was noted that they did not want to pay for repairs. Listen to the podcast “Your Own Backyars”.
The police had a couple cadaver dog's sniff out his room out of like 120+ rooms showing there was a dead body in there. Then they found evidence of human remains being under his dads back deck, but when they were close to busting them in 2020, the body was moved to another location. Soil analysis showed signs of human body decomposition in the soil. 2 other women came forward and said he offered them rides home and ended up gagging them and raping them. He also had pictures of gagged women on his computer. He was the last person seen with her that night after he popped up out of nowhere to walk her home... Doesn't look good on his part if you ask me.
Listen to the podcast “Your Own Backyard” for an excellent analysis of the evidence. There were clear signs but the police failed to act further. There were plenty of ladies in the years after the murder who worked with him and said he wouldn’t take no for an answer and was incredibly creepy- he wouldn’t leave one of them alone and insisted she come up to his apartment. She’s only alive because his sister heard him.
Watched this report thinking I would learn something. How were they able to convict him? What evidence did they learn from the witnesses? No info? Waste of time talking heads.
That sentence reflects their doubt more than just his guilt. ** If after all of this, he can't at least disclose her location reinforces the doubt. SIM analysis: Even given what can be considered to be outcome* here, there should at least be more potential for answers than there are questions (with regard to this method of approach as well as backtracking toward verifiable causes.) [* Outcome as a verifiable product given a chain of causes leading to their effects.] [** If he knows the location and committed the crime, this makes him more than just a criminal mastermind. Especially when it comes to a sentence given that job description and skill level. 😉]
He will be out in 5 years. Realistically, he should be granted a new trial. If hos pops was found not guilty, then i dont see how Pauls conviction can stand. It certainly makes sense that the whole idea investigators had was paul could not of done this without his father to dispose of the body. So if that was their argument, seems unfair at this point to not grant Paul a new trial.
So unfair that he got to be free for all these years!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡
And parole in 15 years 😡

The family of Kristen Smart need to show up in force everytime that monster comes for parole to be sure he does in prison.
He has zero chance of parole
Of course he won't show his face, narcissism at its finest.

Did they ever searched the house of Paul"s mother?

she dyed her hair black married boris becker and stayed longer than this trial is trying to prove.

Listen to Your Own Backyard. They can’t cover 26 years in a video of few mins
