Hi guys My partner Amanda who is an avid listener and watcher of your videos noticed a recent change on the packaging of the Sainsbury's Naan Bread in the chilled section - there is now a little green square stating they are Vegan! Adding them to the clearly marked Vegan list for our shopping When picking a pack up her first thought was that we should let you guys know as she knows you shop at Sainsbury's and may be happy to see this recent change! Wishing you all the best from Joshua & Amanda - avid listeners from Cornwall
I can't help but like The Hairy Bikers, even though they're not vegan. Nigella too. They seem respectful of veganism, which many in their world AREN'T, so I'm glad of that.
Tescos is one of my favourites. Thank you for sharing this ❤ I’ve been vegan for 3/4 years but I found this so helpful as I mainly shop online due to disabilities, I mainly stick to my fave fruits veggies and plant based favourites and it’s so much easier watching this tour and making some notes for new things to search for thank you ❤ good luck to anyone joining team vegan and super happy to welcome you to the vegan family ❤🌱🙏🦮
Fab video 💚 in relation to the vegan stuff being on the end of the aisle of death, my 3 year old has recently taken to very loudly announcing "Ugh! Is that dead animal? Ugh! Why do people do that to animals!? 😮" Just a bit of casual activism from a toddler, making Brian and Linda quake in their boots I hope 😂
What an absolute plethora of vegan goods. I nearly passed out, when I saw you have a greggs inside Tesco WOW. definitely need to get the juicy marbles while thier at tescos on club card. Maybe have a steak dinner date with Emma. Thanks for the vlog, it means everything 💚💚💚
Sorry I have to disagree, it's Germany. Used to live there and now living in the UK since a few years and if I miss one thing about Germany then it's the selection of vegan products and their cheap prices
Absolutely fantastic shopping vlog for both new and established vegans. If you don't have the Greenjinn and Shopmium cashback apps then you should. Loads of vegan things on it at the moment. Today I got free packs of La Vie Bacon Rashers and Lardons and also £1 off Cathedral City Plant which was £3 so worked out at £2
Another super helpful vlog. Will be purchasing some of those new masala cauli burgers, maybe some la vie bacon too! Maybe it might be helpful for new vegans to do a mini health/beauty/toiletries vlog, maybe even with a vegan queen's takeover? I know when starting out I struggled finding vegan beauty products, particularly make up!
"Ball's in your court Margaret" Sure is. I agree. I have to look away from the lifeless bodies but whatever helps the animals is always gonna be OK by me 🌱
great review, and helps me as i cant always get out the house with my illness, also inspires me to eat more as im currently suffering with my weight. keep warm all, love from cornwall as always
Just found you guys, What a delight. I became vegan 15 years ago and there was basically nothing vegan, the range now is incredible.I'm so jealous of the Tesco you filmed in, their range is by far the best I've ever seen. Northern Ireland was slow to bring in a decent range, but now they are good enough. My one bug bear has always been vegan cheese, going to watch your cheese taste test video. I do like the Philly vegan cream cheese but hard cheese I gave up on as I thought they were all vile. Again great video guys
Great video. That ramona hummus is my favourite, and a great price, also Swedish glacé vanilla is my favourite ice cream, though I don’t have much of an ice cream tooth
Wow. The plethora of foods you showed was amazing. I’m a vegetarian 31 years and partially vegan ( sorry, cheese and onion crisps) get me every time 🙈 I’ve learned a lot through your videos so thank you. Enjoyed this one immensely
Bought the beyond burgers for my non vegan OH to try and noticed that he'd bought more for himself this week. They really are superb. And no death or misery.
Yes, I've noticed that increasing numbers of Tesco toiletries are now labelled vegan. Superdrug is still my first choice for toiletries and cosmetics but it's very handy that I can top up at Tesco if I'm not anywhere near Superdrug.
Just to say that their toiletries might be marked vegan but it's interesting that even in 2024 Tesco own brand cleaning and toiletries STILL haven't been certified by either Leaping Bunny nor PETA, same with Asda so as far as a lot of people in the animal rights community are concerned whatever they say they still test on animals! Obviously it depends on how strict you are but please carry on shopping at Superdrug for your toiletries and for your cleaning as well as the odd shower gel here and there you can use Aldi, Sainsbury's or even Morrisons as ALL their own brand products are Leaping Bunny certified.
I know I live in a small town so don't have as much in our supermarket and I remember going to a big city one and being so excited at the mass of products 😂😂
A plethora of products! How would you approach the manager of our local Tesco to get more vegan products in as it only has a fraction of the vegan products that Tesco on 'uddersfield road has. Ta.
Ivd not raced for lidl or aldi n veganuary this year ..im preferring to take advantage of veganuary prices in stores i usually go to.tesco is my favourite by far.just so much easier with home shop can leave notes to the picker.always clearly state u want vegan if anyones new for the alternative.as ive had substitutes of veggie stuff sent before now
Great vlog❤️❤️ Not sure if you’re aware but in the Tesco stir fry deal there’s some “protein noodles” that are clearly marked vegan and they’re really nice!!! X
Recently you mentioned horse radish sauce. PLEASE tell me what brand it is & where you bought it. I've never found a vegan one yet and have looked at load.
What brand would you say is best vegan mince? Trying to introduce a few more veggie/vegan meals. My diners are not convinced so I need to get one that is near mince texture. I’m going to hide it in bolognese and see if they notice! Xx
@@ThoseVeganGuys Thanks il give it a go! I don’t eat pork after accidentally viewing a Joaquin phoenix advert. I don’t like red meat either if I’m honest. I’m transitioning as they say! Thanks for your help. Xx
Curious what options did you have 10 years ago? Did you have the wicked range and other ready meal/ burger/pie alternatives? So glad I started my vegan journey 2024

I’ve been vegetarian then vegan since age 6 so I’ve tried quite a few of these options but I’ve never dared try fake fishy stuff lol Maybe I should give it a go !
Great tip on buying packs of herbs n spices to save money. Amazing amount of Cruelty Free items you showed us. All this and a Friday Live to boot! Cheers guys❤

Love that!! 😁
I call it the death aisle as well
There's way more suffering caused by the process of farming crops for you fairies 🙄

The UK truly is the best place to be vegan for shopping in the world.

@@suselumse That's great to hear. Especially for a country obsessed with pork.
@@scareybaileyI love the meat alternatives in Germany but the UK def has so much more variety in my eyes! 🙃
Love Tesco! I am writing my shopping list whilst watching 🤣 thanks guys 💚
I do the same, just a shame my tesco dont do half the range ( in store and online )
Nice thing about plant milk is that they stay fresh if unopened for a long time
So true! There's literally no downside to plant milk, in my opinion 😊
100% , I love OATLY

So much choice - well done Tesco and thank you both for doing this vlog.
Our pleasure!
Tesco definately do have the largest range of vegan stuff in my opinion. Also, thanks for the tip on Vitamin D in cereals.
Love the FreeFrom aisle. So much for us. And you quickly get used to double checking.
So true!
Wow, Greggs inside supermarkets! Never seen that in any shops up here in Scotland.
Still not tried the Cheddarton. I want to but keep being tempted by Cathedral City, which has recently been on offer in Tesco!

Lots of good fruit and veg offers in Tesco at the moment.

Marvellous - that marbles steak was expensive but utterly delicious with amazing texture

54 minutes? [swoons] Thanks so much for posting this, guys. Planning my escape to the UK with every passing shopping vlog . . . 🙂
Look forward to this.
Never seen that Stockwell spread! I always go for the cheapest but never seen one as cheap as this!
Perfect timing. I've just made a cuppa 💚💚💚
Me too! 🍵
Perfect!
Nevilles is my go to bread! It's actually gone DOWN in price recently ❤
yeah, this is good - you need to visit a really big tesco to see all this, but well worth going
Personal update: Warwick Tesco had pretty much all of the stuff you showed, nice
.. just in absolute awe
amazing plethora of 🌱plant based goodness

I know I live in a small town so don't have as much in our supermarket and I remember going to a big city one and being so excited at the mass of products 😂😂
I do love Tesco, they've had a good range for vegans for years.

It was seemingly a temporary offering at m&s
Go to Sainsburys international section - they have a couple of Polish ones that are great!
You guys are awesome, thanks for all the vegan information !!!

I've not forgiven tesco for the crisps, and won't until they put it right 😔

Interesting the "prepared to a vegan recipe" labelling. Is that just another way of saying "vegan by ingredient"?
The plantastic katsu noodle pots are so good I didn't realise they were in Tesco I've always got them in cases from amazon 😂
So glad you treated yourself to that squash!
I tried to get the Juicy Marbles this morning at Tesco after watching you guys enjoying them last weekend but they sold out boo :(

Naturli is the best 😃🤤 never tried La Vie range,I didn't know about it 🙃,so I must try it 😁
Tesco is great for vegan friendly stuff. I think Lidl wins the prize as far as clearly marking their cereals vegan, though.
We use smol cleaning x love them...also get all my other cleaning from poundland
We have smol laundry tabs, have for a couple of years now
@@ThoseVeganGuys might give the laundry ones a go. just recently started using smol vegan washing up liquid too
cheers barbara!!!
I really wish United States care for us Vegans and plant base eaters 🤦🏾♀️ by having better stores and options
We hear that so much Sharon, from so many other parts of the world too. It sucks that this range of options isn't available everywhere.
They need to make vegan milk in 4 litre versions

Why not. You might just find a couple you like
Oo thanks, I'm going to try the Shrimpiee! 👍👍

Dried chicken 😔 Sad and needless. Why would anyone want this in their pot noodle?
We definately need more vegan food in australian supermarkets This puts us to shame
