Hey man, any idea why one of these would just start ticking all of a sudden....valve clearances are spot on, only does it when it warms up to normal operating temperature.
@@bubbzification I replaced the timing chain tensioner, bored, new high compression piston, rings, valves, valve seats re cut, timing chain....Clutch was starting to slip before all this so I'll order new clutch pack, could just be in need of adjusting but I'm about to go inside the clutch side so might as well do it while I'm there. Hopefully I find this ticking noise.
Hey guys how do I be sure to get timing set? I have a drz 110 i need to replace the jug gasket on, im just not sure how to get cam chain and gear installed properly.
Chis Brown funny you should ask. I am shooting a top end install as I'm typing this. Give me a day or so to edit it up. Hit the notification bell and you should be notified later this weekend.

Ryan P could be a list of things, but I would start with the timing chain tensioner.
