I like to request a 12 x 16 m 2 story house with continuous living dining and kitchen. And an office, a guest room, utility room, and a maid room on the ground floor with 2 car park areas on the ground floor. On the second floor 3 bedrooms. 1 living area, laundry room, and 1 prayer room on the second floor.

Thank you for sharing. Nice. However the bedroom on the ground floor where you open your curtain to see a wall of glass that simply peers into a ...garage...is not a good idea. Plus that's the only entrance to the house, so everyone coming and going can peer into this bedroom unless the curtains are closed all the time, which contradicts with having a window in the first place. Plus, having a glass wall in the garage where a car can accidentally bump into and break is pretty scary. In addition to the fact that such large windows can leak exhaust fumes at or near ground level. A suggested solution: a clerestory window at the top of a solid wall. Thanks again
