@@SirStauby ,but remember that there are still many enemies around that have electric weapons, plus there's that wizard guy not so far from there that has an electric magic. It would be almost impossible to breed enough while being under constant attack (plus, they're half naked, and I've seen no hole in them besides their mouth, so maybe evolution made it impossible for them to breed, you never know what's the real age of the "children" there)
@@SirStauby its only been 100 years, and 90% of the people you encounter are roughly 20-40. breeding was done, but surviving a world full of monsters and machines ready to take your head isnt easy.
@@SirStauby And do what? There's no room to expand their settlements thanks to all the monsters, including the Guardians, all of whom they basically can't do anything about thanks to the Blood Moon bringing them back. They're lucky they can maintain the numbers they _have._
I wouldn’t say Totk is easier, they have about the same skill ceiling. I think tears shrines are more difficult and the start of the game is a lot more difficult than botw
They recently went through an apocalypse, it's not surprising there aren't many of them. Especially with the Zora who live for a long time and therefore probably reproduce a lot slower than humans
Didn't calamity ganon basically destroyed a lot of Hyrule before being sealed up, and that Link is waking up 100 years later, witnessing the aftermath of the nations, who are struggling to survive?
I like to think that these are closer to embassies than actual kingdoms, where only a handful of people actually live in order to keep established relations between the communities. We've seen how each of them were their own countries who "swore fealty" to hyrule, so it makes sense to keep a handful of each countries citizens there just in case shit goes sideways, and im also assuming these countries also have hylians in them for the same reasons (also i think its best we have only a few npcs per area, i quite like having my switch intact and not exploded in my hands from all the data needed for entire countries worth of npcs, each with their own routines, pathfinding and spawn data)
I know Age of Calamity isn’t cannon, but if you think of how many soldiers everyone has during that, you can probably guess the Calamity did a number on every village in Hyrule.
The biggest issue I have with this game is alot of empty map. Give us more villages more people, add some random farms/ranches with families living in it. Also make some mean people everyone is way to nice and knows who we are.
You have to realize that after the calamity not only did a bunch of people die. A lot of the survivors also fled Hyrule and went to neighboring lands.
That's valid
The population of hyrule in Breath of The Wild is 428 including link, like I get a huge calamity just happened but damn
Exactly you'd think they'd start breeding to boost them numbers up

Don’t forget they age really slowly so even if they did start breeding they kids would stay kids for at least 80 years idk how long there lifespan is

I mean...they are immortal basically. Ive never known a hylian to die of old age
That's because there's all these damn calamities happening lmfao
Botw was actually way harder than totk especially a certain room in general.
Beginning trials
Underground room 10
Haven't had a chance to play totk but it definitely looks easier

@Yoshi_958 I feel like tears gives you a lot more freedom to solve puzzles and thus has a lot more cheese lol but valid!
@@SirStauby you are absolutely right. Totk is very easy to cheese. I literally have a full inventory of master swords. Ganon stands no chance.
That’s especially true because unlike basically every other race, zora is basically never found outside the Lanayru region.

Terry Town is like the same thing like 3 family's live there
If you really want a kingdom, look at castletown in twilight princess. That place is poppin 😂
EXACTLY! and that games like 20 years old lmfao
That exactly what I thought 😂

I mean the open space makes sense because of the calamity but yeah it would have been nice to see a few more villages!
My bad, I sometimes forget that botw and totk are different games. The second one is the one that needs more stuff.
That's every video game ever. You think Boston is only as big as Fallout 4?
How do you beat the top left of the final trial
It probably is scaled smaller for the game. I feel like the population would be much higher, but they can’t show that
Hyrule is quite small. Aaaand the calamity happened.
Smallest Mexican family
Wo y3 kwasia paaa, wate
Everybody died
Dude
Where are the houses
Low key facts
I could only afford the wii u version of botw
totk and botw are the same price
Yeah but I already had botw lol
Fr tho
Idk
