The hook at 12:20 "If you want better sleep, take Magnesium" is really similar to this advice I heard: Make the gap, then fill the gap. The point is to make a hook that creates a gap. In this case, the gap is how magnesium affects sleep. The audience thinks "Wait, why do I need to take magnesium for sleep?". Then the rest of the video, is about filling that gap in knowledge. Its a really good technique and I use it often!
