Like you I’m a fan of Estee Lauder double wear foundation for years…but I must say the Charlotte Tilbury performed better and I’m sold!! Going to get it soon! And love love love your foundation comparisons videos 😍 really helpful

The selling point for me is the no settling in the fine lines! I always have an issue with my forehead and smile lines. I’m so excited to try both of these😮
I always buy both of these foundations. In the summer time, especially when I go to a special event I apply a tiny bit of Estée Lauder ( because it locks the sebum and make up) and I put on top the dewy, CT foundation. It looks amazing and flawless on the face and everyone is asking me what foundation I use.

That’s a good idea. I blend colours the same way, I add Rattan for summer skin & Cool Bone for winter after my tan fades. I must try CT
I have so many foundations and recently started a new job where I can't touch up much (receptionist and face of the busisness). I have them all- Estee lauder futurist and double wear, Charlotte Airbrush, Lancome, Too Faced, Dermablend, IT CC Illuminating and regular, Wander Beauty, Mac F&B, and many many many more. My foundation drawer is full lol. Everytime I search the battle videos, you're everywhere. Definitely earned my sub. I don't see how you don't have atleast 10k subs! You're the only one comparing the top ones with check ins. I will say Loreal Infallible (regular version) has been one of my top go to. I only have two days off and have a hard time making myself test foundations out myself so to youtube I go 😂 I have a brand new Tarte Amazonian Clay I still have yet to try (the OG version). I live in the south- GA to be exact. Humidity is wild here.
So I've been using Amazonian Clay (the OG one) for a long time, and it has a mousse texture that works wonderfully on my combination skin. I also tried the Maybelline Fit Me foundation after hearing so many excellent things about it, but it looked terrible on me.
I recently purchased Estee Lauder Doublewear, and so far, I am loving it. I am in my mid-20s, and I have smile lines & acne-prone skin, so I felt the medium-to-full coverage would look good on me even when I break out, and I heard that it performs effectively in humid weather without separating or transferring, which was a plus point for me.
Now I can't help but wonder how Charlotte Tilbury and L'Oreal foundations are because they have a knack for making some really good products, and I'd love to get my hands on them if they make the skin dewy and fresh. But I read a lot of mixed reviews about how those foundations crease and separate after a few hours (also that they slightly oxidise).
So I am quite conflicted and would like to hear your thoughts on Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless as well as the L'Oreal Infallible foundations. Do you think it's worth investing in either of those foundations, or is Estee Lauder Doublewear just better than those two? Thank you :)

I normally mixed the two because I love the poreless cover of Charlotte Tilbury and the durability of double wear. But make sure to wear a good moisturizer .. I love both and have separation anxiety when I’m not wearing my double wear

I just started using the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush and it has got to be the most beautiful foundation I have ever used. I don’t find it very matte, but I prefer the flawless finish afterwards. It’s simply gorgeous 🥰

@@roselinepreety1161 I personally don’t use any primer 😅 I just do my morning routine which is apply my vitamin c serum, moisturizer and SPF! I like to apply it right afterwards as it gives my skin a sheen glow(: but I’ve heard that the ELF Power Grip Primer is great!

I like the highlight/shimmer on your cheek bones, it’s really subtle yet noticeable. is that from yr primer, blush, or something else? I use The Illuminator primer, it gives a similar result but your skins really glowy! Gorgeous

I LOVE doublewear, so I decided to try the CT one. I got the right shade for me, but it oxidised within minutes and I was bright orange. Am going to try a couple of shades lighter to see if that works
According to findation NC30 should be a 6N in the magic foundation so which shade would you recommend? I have oily skin so my foundations also tend to oxidise.
@@diamonddust9889 try the 6N. Some shades oxidise, some don't. I found Chanel ultra le teint and doublewear both to be far better than CT, but give CT a try and see how you go
While I still used Estee’s double wear I tried CT flawless airbrush foundation and I was so conflicted because for daytime CT works better (I’m also oily) and it didn’t shine as much as EL…
So I keep both 😫😂
