You have captured my childhood in your videos. A while back, my mom sent us a batch of Nazook. We ate a few and left them on the table. When we came back our dog had eaten the whole batch. He was sick for a while!

This is an excellent recipe. The only modification I made was to add an extra half a cup of sugar to filling and extra 5 ounces of butter to the dough to make it the way I like it. Thank you for posting this

I made three ,four times still i did not come good.my family love it and buy almost every other week. I would love to bake them myself since it is getting expensive. The one we buy it did not have anything inside it .any suggestion would be appreciated .thanks

Whats also good is to add egg white on the rolled out doe before adding filling, otherwise - this is the best receipy.
I see this at my local store all the time. It's cool that I finally know how it's made.

Just a matter of taste I guess... I would not use the spices. I would use only vanilla like my grandma used to do.

I agree we don’t use these spices maybe some cinnamon or cardamom but definitely not cloves or nutmeg or all together it’s too powerful!
