He was such and awesome villian! But the only problem I have with his character is that when he freezes...hus officers should've gone down the chain fo command and wrecked the Black Pearl and Dutchman...Bekkett should'ne have froze like that. But other than that, I LOVE HIS CHARACTER!

Thank you very much for the support, you have no idea how much it means to me! As for the Nostalgia Critic videos, I’m not entirely sure they’ll be worth covering. I don’t really think 4 and 5 are all that good, but I’ll give his videos a watch and if he criticizes them in bad faith, I might actually make a response video. Thanks for watching!
@@TheSEAempire I honestly think that most of the "best" of Nostalgia Critic's reviews have been of movies that he likes and respects, where he mostly praises the movie for how good it is. This is not correct... beckett as a director bought the ship called the wicked wench.. a ship came back without the captain the 1st and second mates were together in agreement it got taken by slaves but Jack got taken in to talk with beckett and put Jack (being the first mate) and the second mate together to work on the wench... long story short Jack and the second mate mutenied to free the slaves beckett attacked the mutineered ship and destroyed it. And imprisoned Jack.. upon escape managed to deal with davey Jones.. we all know the deal.. however Jack had yet to find the revived ship wich was now called the black pearl as it had been captured by other pirates who found it specifically the second mate who became the captain.. Jack finally found the pearl and was offered a position on the pearl by his freind the second mate who was now captain.. the pearl was then attacked by the Spanish armada the ship that went for the attack on the pearl was el matador del mar (captain salaza) the second mate/captain of the ship announced Jack as captain as seen in the latest film... after a while on the run as a pirate captain he ran with his crew until he felt safe but because he was focused on getting safe first and finding treasure later the crew mutineered the pearl and Jack's new first mate (who escaped prison with Jack) became the new captain.. captain barbossa and landed Jack on an island and the rest is history
Yeah I’m not considering DMTNT into this equation considering the base mechanics behind the plot happening contradict the hell out of the already established canon, so I’m not gonna work around that and instead disregard what doesn’t work.
@TheSEAempire a lot of it can be Farley easily worked in but I understand it's too much effort to go through all the plot points when trying to focus on 1 topic/character
I really do enjoy Beckett as a villain. He's such a smug man watching it all go to pot at the end was satisfying.
