From what I understand, the NCAA hold no jurisdiction over NFL matters. Furthermore, when the championship ended and the clock stopped, the season ended and was no longer active. NCAA would not have a say on any senior. The school itself would be the only governing body to decide what happens.

Drugs are a crime. I was talking to people at that game that witnessed his behavior and said he was definitely on drugs. He got into an argument with the band major because he refused to play a song. Security had to remove him from the band. He was seen in the stands doing other odd things. The NFL needs to run a drug test now. He wanted attention while in a euphoric state. If he wanted them to have money, he should have given it to them outside of the limelight.

I feel he did it out of love not because of his ego or him trying to take away their moment. If he would have went to the media and bragged about giving them the money afterwards then ok that's a different story.
