First, I admire you guys for the scouting and preparation you do. I am 74, am in good physical condition, but probably couldn’t come close to what you do. Love how you enlisted new guys to hunting. I know they shot some hens, but they will learn fast. I love your hunts and enthusiasm. I still get super excited. Thank you!

@@ChasingGreen Southwest Florida. We are staying pretty warm down here. Mid 80's a lot of the time. May be too hot for those big greenies.

Lol thanks. Took a long time to get it. I found it to be a little more rewarding to try and get a big group all the way in the decoys. Will burn you a lot of times but when it happens, makes for some mighty fine memories

Jake you should really look into the invisaman it seems to fit your style of hunting and really would’ve worked in spots like this
For sure! Ive wanted to pick a few up but just havnt had enough room in the budget. They look sweet though
@@ChasingGreen they are a little expensive but I cant tell you how fast they’ll pay for themselves if you’re hunting walk in public. All these places you’re making homemade blinds you could absolutely disappear in those things. Good luck this season if you’re moving through western Missouri and want to hunt some public let me know👍👍

@@ChasingGreen got my second woodie the other flying and I was pumped!! We went on a guided trip to Mississippi a week ago. I have never seen so many ducks and geese in my life. Should have had a limit the second day but I suck at shooting! Lol!

I’m a school teacher from texas. I’m on winter break and want to head up to Arkansas to try some public spots, but it’s so damn warm. Do you think it’s worth it, considering the warm weather? My break ends the 4th. Btw I have a good dog if you guys ever want to hunt together.
Hard to say man, one of those things you would just have to try and give it a shot. Its really more about investing in the future on those trips. Each time you go to an area you learn a little more and eventually you will be a pro at the area

I use ti invite friends that swore they wouldnt bring anybody else and guess what , the one guy two years after i brought him had 19 guys in our area and was a youth leader at the church i was attending , very disappointed
Yeah, it sucks when that happens but i think its worth meeting the good ones and getting them into the sport. Especially if you can add them to the team full time
