As always, your Iron Chef component of the vid was equally enjoyed; your dishes look AWESOME 😋 and will attempt them. Loved that you learned from your folks and grandparents and am hoping they're able to appreciate your cooking and see the results of their lessons. I'm sure your boys will say the same when they're older and get asked about their culinary skills . . . "My / Our POPs taught us how to cook 😄". Was glad to see your older son do the "Happy Dance" approving your Duck Confit . . . he's back on board 😜. @@outdooromnivore830 I am primarily a bass fisherman and bird ducks/geese/pheasant grouse quail hunter but I do venture from those at times. But in my youtube vids I try to help people enjoy the outdoors
@@outdooromnivore830 Used to be my pinnacle but with warm days and 0 Birds and I hunt in the historical great Sandusky Bay and it's marshes.. The huge migrating flocks always show up when the season ends. It gets old !!!
@@jimmymesler2134 Seems duck hunting gets more challenging every year out on the Pacific Flyway -- good to diversify interests. Would never say no to a day of bass fishing either ...
