The weight of knowing her man isn’t a rapist and can finally really meet his daughter was lifted. She doesn’t have to worry about him being weird with their daughter and I know that’s true happiness

It’s absolutely disgusting that this man lost 2 years of his life so far based on false allegations!! False accusations are the biggest reason why true assault victims don’t seek/receive the justification they deserve. This man should sue that disgusting excuse for a women and the department/county for what he has lost. I hope he goes home and that all charges are dropped and that she goes to jail for filing a false report at the very least. STOP MAKING FAKE ACCUSATIONS. We all need to work on being better people.

@hudsonbartley2493 I know unfortunately I don't know that it will ever be something that's thoroughly enforced. I assume it jas to do with not wanting to punish people who turn out to be actual victims BUT I'm sure there is a way to prove atleast a majority of them. I'm sure the worst ones that do it more often are sloppy enough to get caught but it also has to be something that police and the courts put time and effort into and this is another struggle surrounding this. It's absolutely devastating that this is something that happens. People should not be allowed to destroy a person's life and roam freely to harm others.
We all need to be very careful and cautious about who we spend time with and in what setting. This man was clearly never alone with the dirty snatch that lied on him. I will never understand why people are ok with hurting other.

The poor man lost his dog while he was locked up for something he didn't even do... How awful. That breaks my heart. He didn't even get to hold his dog and tell him goodbye.

This man was so sincere he brought tears to my eyes. Any woman (or man) that falsely accuses people of horrible crimes like this should be locked up for life- because that's exactly what they've taken away from the accused. The saddest part is that even if he is found innocent, there will always be people out there believing he's guilty and that's a burden he's going to have to carry with him for the rest of his life. I wish the pair a blessed and happy life.

I feel like this guy deserves the absolute best in this world. He seems so genuine, caring, intelligent, and charismatic. The person who accused him deserves to be imprisoned and he should receive some monetary gain from her, but I'm assuming she has nothing to offer. If she isn't punished then I have no faith that she'll never do this again. She couldn't handle the rejection and ruined another human's life because she has a fragile ego. Justice won't be served.

What happened here was that he is probably from some little old podunk town that has one county sheriff’s department covering that town and probably up to or more than 2 others and they locked him up because the woman said he did it, he’s black, and he probably cannot articulate himself well under stress.
