@@blockAbirsub out the flour with plain corn flakes and instead of buttermilk use egg whites. dip in egg whites ( seasoned) then coat with corn flakes ( also seasoned) use the buffalo sauce that he used ( just measure your intake if cutting) instead of ranch make a greek yogurt ranch and instead of gouda use low moisture/fat mozzarella and a carb balanced tortilla
