This time, I made a PEACE MAKER helmet that appears in the movie "The Suicide Squad".
The work time was only one week, so the degree of completion is low.
I couldn't make this helmet really well.
However, since I shot the video, I will publish it.
Since the degree of perfection is low, we will not publish the pattern. Because it's embarrassing.

I'm Japanese, but I like American Comics characters. I especially like Batman, so I'll do my best to make a helmet for the characters that appear in Batman.

At 15:00 what was this? Is this another method of applying putty to the piece? If yes how much better is it than applying the orange stuff?
The orange putty is an epoxy putty, so it cures due to chemical changes. Used to fill large scratches. Gray putty is lacquer putty with thinner added to make it liquid. Used to fill small scratches.
@@PigtailChannel Thank you. Would you say applying multiple coats of liquid laquer putty would be good to cover a full helmet base instead of epoxy putty?
@@origamininja380 If the helmet is made of EVA foam, the helmet must be coated with resin as the organic solvent in the lacquer putty can dissolve the EVA foam.
@@PigtailChannel Oh yeah that I am aware of, but after the resin is it good to use the laquar putty? :)
@@origamininja380 Filling large scratches with lacquer putty is difficult, but not impossible. Apply a thin coat of lacquer putty, allow it to dry, and then apply the lacquer putty again. Repeat the work many times.
If you apply the lacquer putty thickly at once, it will not cure.

I live in Japan so I don't know about Mexico. It may be sold at the Home Depot.

O líquido amarelo que uso é um adesivo. No Japão, onde moro, o nome "G BOND" é muito comum.
Nos Estados Unidos, é denominado "Barge Cement".

The material I'm using is EVA foam 5mm thick. I painted the surface of the helmet with resin. The resin used was similar to Smooth On 「Smooth cast D65」.

Quais foram os materiais que você usou pra fazer o capacete no vídeo?
O material que estou usando é espuma EVA de 5 mm de espessura. Pintei a superfície do capacete com resina. A resina usada foi semelhante a Smooth On 「Smooth fundido D65」
