- An ALC-42 weaseled onto Amtrak's Borealis train for the first time, also being paired with Amtrak 160 for these runs. The first clip is of train 1333 heading west through town, with the second of 1340 the following day... with a stupid deer prancing in front of them.
AMTK 160 west, AMTK 348 east
1333: 7-20-24
1340: 7-21-24
I just saw Amtrak 160 and 187 just now
The deer probably pooped him self when he heard the horn
Wow!
If we could have a locale for these videos in future, please ...
And Another Thing:
Who wouldn't love to see the Borealis with ALC-42 Charger units on both ends for once?!
@@larryellisreed280 Morton Grove, IL, at the end of the title. As for seeing all ALCs on the train, I'd rather not since the Empire Builder regularly has them. Might as well enjoy the P42s for now until their demise.
Good video 🚂
@@nickthetrainman Thanks!
