Peterbilts have always been known as being a top class, well built truck. The newer models of Petes are more streamlined and aerodynamic, with a much different look than the conventional, long hood style of rig.
There's no debating the fact that Peterbilts are still head turners.... especially the custom, long hood models.

You did fine. I haven't driven hardly any Petes but one had a 3406-B and it was a BEAST! 8-LL and didn't know what a hill was.

I really like that black and blue stretch.
Of the Petes that I have driven, I think I think I like the 1974 Pete 289 straight nose the best. Had a 350 Cummins small cam with 13 speed.

Ya know....nobody can stand (for very long anyway) the girlie lookin’ headlights on the 389! Even the guy that turned them vertical knows that! At 4:10....there’s the best one!
