As everyone else has complained the fact they teased an ULTIMATE Hannibal for a couple years and just rereleased with updated face sculpts is crazy for the price ….BUT when you see it up close it’s very well done even so . The headsculpts are some of the best they’ve done and can be used for customs . But for the price they could’ve done something articulated .

But my God couldn’t they at least reuse some other body with articulation for this guy? My word… The head scopes are top-notch on point, but my God give me a body that I can move.
Neca Really miss the mark with this re-release Because out of the two old Hannibal Lecter figure they should’ve chosen the one in the straight jacket and cart because that one has a reason not to have any articulation and is the more iconic look in my opinion
I have the old one but I would totally buy that again! That gurney is fantastic!
Yea honestly I’ve seen him in Walmarts a lot of times but I didn’t want to get him for a while but til today I just pulled the trigger and decided to buy him but I am pissed off he’s the exact pre pose figure with an excellent head sculpt. I mean they could’ve rereleased the the version of him with the mask because he can’t move at all but the prison suit definitely needed updated articulation

Love the fact that he's a statue that's what I hate about most of the figures are being able to see the joints Love it

I was so excited when his name got leaked along the black robe Jigsaw. It's so disappointing to see it's just a re-released statue

The straightjacket version needs a re-release, especially with these new head sculpts. They could release other Cult Classics, like Patrick Bateman, Laetherface and others.
I bet anything it gets a rerelease in the near future

You could use Hannibal’s head for the terminator figures even the t1000 figures to recreate the escape scene from silence of the lambs.
Hannibal’s head on a t-1000 to be the cops taking him down? Seems weird…
@@dHuntersReviews why not? It would fit well. If you wanted to reenact the escape scene when Hannibal disguises himself as one of the cops he attacked.

I was also thinking that you could put the Neca blade runner figures of Rick Deckard and officer K with Hannibal lector because Ryan gosling and Hopkins worked together before on a movie similar to silence of the lambs and primal fear called fracture. If you ever seen it. And it was directed by Gregory hoblit who directed primal fear, fallen and frequency. Also we know Ridley Scott directed blade runner and Hannibal which was the sequel to silence of the lambs and that’s why Deckard goes well with Hannibal lector.

I know. Ridley Scott did better with black rain, gladiator, alien and blade runner I’m just saying. But with Ryan gosling and Anthony Hopkins like I said, makes me think of that movie fracture which was like silence of the lambs and primal fear.
When Neca was doing cult classics lines of action figures, they should have done action figures of Ray Liotta’s character from unlawful entry because his character was a villain and a psychopath cop like the t1000 in terminator 2. And I remember when I first saw that film unlawful entry on sale on vhs at rite aid before it became Walgreens and then it appeared on Wpix 11 in November in the 2000s when it was the WB 11 along with silence of the lambs, terminator 2, Rambo 1 and 2, Batman 1989, judge dredd 1995, etc.

If they ever did make that or Michael keaton’s character from pacific heights along with rereleasing beetlejuice again. I’d buy it too.

Hopefully we get the 7 inch scale. Other than the 18 inch doll. And more articulation too in the arms and legs. If they’re going to do both movies, maybe give us an Alec Baldwin and geena Davis figure from the first one and also a Willem Dafoe figure too especially to go well with the marvel legends green goblin Willem Dafoe figure from spider man no way home.

It’s very complicated with different actors contracts and stuff

It has new heads but no upgrades on the body!
It should have had more articulation in the arms and legs than being a statue. No offense. I also hope they make die hard figures of Bruce Willis’s John mcclane again as well as Michael keaton in beetlejuice especially since the sequel is coming, and army of darkness since we got good ash Williams figures from evil dead 1 and 2 and the tv show. But if you are a fan of sir Anthony Hopkins and silence of the lambs then this might be good on your shelf.

Yes. But I can’t wait to see what figures Neca, diamond select and McFarlane have to make for us at Sdcc 2024 this month. And plus I’d like to see what syndicate collectibles has in store for true romance and bloodsport since last year at Sdcc.
