I installed mine on a 2017 f250 about 2 years ago (I'm looking for a refresh as I now want to add a subwoofer. Mine has overall been good though. The downsides I've found are the screen brightness/dimming could be better in both directions. The time/clock doesn't sync even when I change it. When I do change it, it changes back when the engine is started up the next time, so my clock is only right for 6 months of the year, the other 6 months it's always an hour behind. Also, I have to manually click the temp lower or higher, one degree at a time, with either temp button. I thought it may fail after year one, but overall, it's not bad. I'd buy it again.

This looks interesting, even better than the 14.4" other device. I didn't see Apple Carplay mentioned, or in the list of apps. Does it have that?
Yes, both car play and android auto.
How has the software held up? I hear it is finicky after a while and it has CarPlay connectivity issues at times?

Don’t see any kind of volume button
You can use the controls on your steering column or the dial located at the bottom left side of the unit across from the tuning dial.
