I do like the on-bike commentary. Especially the bit where Cheveyo says Tia probably talks philosophy. Cut to Tia saying 'don't put the bike in neutral up a hill' :) Beautiful country.
Can't believe how beautiful it is! You could show us fields and mountains for 20 mins straight and I'd be elated - wow!! This video was so beautifully shot as well!
The drone shots are absolutely wonderful, amazing, breathtakingly beautiful! (I could go on all day 😊) I am enjoying the journey so much, and I get to stay dry, as an added bonus. It's great to see the Three Musketeers back together again. Stay safe.
I know it was sad for you to leave Blueberry but riding a bike through these scenes in Vietnam makes it so much easier to move on. Therapists should be sending their patients to Vietnam to help them forget any negative thoughts they have. Such beautiful people.
SO excited to see this series!! I done a very very similar route in September last year (on a 110c Honda Blade from Tigit also). After Hanoi, Mai Chau was one of my first stops and I stayed in the exact same guesthouse 😊 Ha Giang made me want to travel to Northern Vietnam but honestly the time before and after were just as good! If you’re still out there at the time of writing some of my favourite roads were: Dien Bien Phu to Sin Ho. DT128 - Sin Hi to Lai Chau O Quy Pass (MUST RIDE) DT153 to Bac Ha DT178 to Thac Tien Waterfall 💧 Can Ty in the Ha Giang Loop Bamboo Ferry(?) crossing from Dong Van to Bao Lac. (Great adventure) Khau Coc Cha Pass (WALK THE VIEWPOINT) I can’t remember a bad road surface in Cao Bang province. The waterfall a must see for me.
17:00 it was a funeral. I really wish Tia and Cheveyo will get married in Vietnam, in a middle of beautiful scenery, to celebrate their journey around the world together. I hope Vietnam would be like a little stop for their next chapter. A little second home. For her people, her scenery, and her food. It would be a very special and meaningful wedding, ngl.
Did you see the old foundation of some of the French colonial homes in the same area? Ba Vi mountain where you guy was filming has two of old Vietnamese folklore: 1) During the great flood where the mountain god defeated the water god (Poseidon). 2) The Trung sisters and their all-women generals started the rebellion against the Han Dynasty to gain Vietnam's first independence from Chinese colonization in 300 BC. Their rebellion was all across Southern China including Hunan province to Northern Vietnam.
The view from that homestay was absolutely beautiful! I love the sound of the rain coming down, too. Check out the place Keith & Dev found in Pu Luong that is absolutely beautiful! Harry Jaggard found one in his last video, too. Consider going to Yen Tu like Hello Hunnay did in her last video.
It's been a few videos since I commented unfortunately, but I keep up with the videos nonetheless and I wanted to say the this is by far the greatest decision you made on your travel journey because your videos and the vibe we get from you while you are there are something else and the first time was the best travel series on TH-cam so here we go with the second👏👏👏👏👏👏
Gorgeous trip to Mai Chao and more so for me because I went there last year but by car because sadly I can't ride a bike myself. Can't wait to see you guys arriving at Lai Cao and Sapa soon as I was there a few weeks ago. Ride safe and be good to each other!
Awesome video thanks guys. We've been to Vietnam many times and love it. But from one bike rider to another, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep both hands on the wheel at all times. This is critical on damp roads especially.
Ah you two! Sweet how you love each other so. Heartwarming to see and hear! My p partner and I are like this too..love each other so. We play music together..write sing record..keys, sax and voices..always loved doing this since we first got together 20 years ago. The old church ruins are a great find too but the views in your mountain stay are breathtaking! Thank you for taking us on your adventures. Like Chevaya's long hair too..suits him more than short.
Wow! Loving the vision from the bikes, wet winding mountain roads and the drone shots are amazing. Cheap, accomodation & tasty healthy food👍. Tia riding that bike 👍👍
You have shown the most beautiful scenery and people. The church ruins was absolutely a perfect walkthrough. Thank you for showing me Northern Vietnam.
Ah you guys didn’t carry on up the mountain in Ba Vi to get to the pagoda at the top! This was one of my first roadtrips when I first moved to Vietnam. Brings back great memories.
Beautiful job, Your filming and editing are getting so good. I love your multiple DJI action cams. I have been using my action 1 for years so reliable. Only thing i would say is get some slightly better protective gear. I had a sort of near death crash 3 hours outside of Hue. Gear made all the difference. Oh yeah of course it involved a truck LOL
I'm planning to visit Vietnam with my family next year. It's my first time going back since since I left when I was 6 yo. I was going to skip going to Hanoi/No. Vietnam but your video has changed my mind :)
Great video. I think the bikes would be the ideal way to see Vietnam. Not getting your change back after buying those tickets seemed a bit tacky! Travel safe on the roads and enjoy yourselves.
You make me want to quit my job and join the trip to Vietnam. Actually, I plan to go to Mai Chau where you both stay next year. Good to see both and your Dad have a good time. Be careful and stay safe on the road, watch out for those truck drivers too. Have a good journey in Ha Noi Vietnam and enjoy your time there. Good Luck to you all.
Aw man I’m late to this. Welcome back to Vietnam! Love that you still have the same positive attitude to everything. You guys are honestly so comfort and healing to watch. I wish you guys safety wherever you go.
You two are the best. ❤️ We love how much you love, appreciate and show everyone the beauty of the countries you visit especially our much loved Vietnam. A truly beautiful country that you can’t help falling in love with. Keep having fun. 🇻🇳🏍️❤️
Oh wow, Mai Chau is stunning! My daughter thought the scenery of the mountains and rice fields at 20:58 were a stock photo until she saw you both walk out onto the balcony 😄 I've added Vietnam to my travel wishlist 😊❤
love seeing you guys back in Vietnam , Northern Vietnam have many stunning views but please be careful , the road is kinda dangerous, , i've seen many tourtists get into some accidents , so please stay safe and enjoy your trip

It's interesting. There are subtle changes in your appearance and personalities from your Australian adventure. To some extent we are probably shaped by our location and its' culture.
Ba Vì is my comfort place. My grandparents used to have a farm there. My family is from Hà Nội but my grandparents moved there after their retired. They had so much dogs, cats, also fruits and vegetable that they would occasionally send us. After my grandma passed away, grandpa couldn't find the will to keep staying in Ba Vì, so he sold his farm (which people were already dying to buy even before that) and moved back to Hà Nội. I could only visit them there a few times a year but I remember everything about it. I miss taking care of the dogs with my grandpa, miss going to the market on the back seat of my grandma's bike, miss watching them having volleyball matches with the old people there, etc. I love and miss Ba Vì so much, this really hits me like a truck haha. We appreciate the effort that you guys put into this video, great job! And also, sorry for the long rant :)
Such a nice moody vlog. Mai Chau is amazing! Can't wait for the next ep! Was planning to stay at the Meadows Homestay as well in sept, sold on it now :)
I remember from the previous video when Tia first learned riding a bike in Dalat with some difficulty, and now she rides bike like a pro. Just love your video, and love you all, I almost mistook your Dad for Richard Gere at the old church. Have fun with your trip and stay safe ♥️
enjoying but most aussies like myself have been there and enjoyed it ,when you get to sapa climb the highest mountain , franzipan , but because most aussies have not seen our own country i enjoyed your travels in aussie ,
So glad to see you guys come back to Vietnam do explore the northern area. It's raining season now so be careful of the flash flood and landslide that currently happening in some provinces.
I'm really glad that we found your channel! I just wanted to say that the editing and music on this video is absolutely on point. Appreciate the hard work in putting it together 🙏
I love your gears, very professional, safe and protected. It's nice to have all the tools need for any situation ahead. Stay away from Trucks. I seen bloody accident while I was there. We need to see more vlogs. That's crowd was a Funeral. It's a good day for Vietnamese believe in Balance, Bad things gone, Good things come. Next time, stop and let the Funeral pass, a good respect thing to do. The view at your staying is So So Vietnamese. There's no mistake or other word to describe.
🎉🇻🇳❤🇭🇲🎊 As a Vietnamese..I wish you a safe and nice motorbike trip. Vietnam's nature is truly breathtaking, especially the passes in Ha Giang, enjoy it with all your senses. 🏞️🌌☄️🌄⛰️
Wou. Mai Chau somehow sounds like "My Child" and I was confused. 16:28 Yes, it's a funeral. You guys did the right thing: step aside and let them travel the way they want. In VN, it's the respect we give to the deceased.
shame the rain blocked the view from the pass down into Mai Chau valley... saw it for the first time in 2005 and thought I had arrived in Shangrila.. imprinted in my memory forever

“That’s my girlfriend right there, look at here!” Sweetest comment ever. You two are so cute!
I'd like to know if Tia cringed lol.
They are so cute 🤗

I'm hope i am still around when i watch one of their videos and Cheveyo says "That's my wife there!!!" It will happen 🤔🇦🇺🇦🇺🪃🪃🦘🦘
Miền bắc mùa này hay có mưa, đường rừng núi trơn trượt hãy cẩn thận. Chúc các bạn an toàn và vui vẻ. Video rất tuyệt❤
You guys are nuts. "Lets go into the mountains , in vietnam, in rainy season, with no rain gear 😂"
Superb footage as usual.
I do like the on-bike commentary. Especially the bit where Cheveyo says Tia probably talks philosophy. Cut to Tia saying 'don't put the bike in neutral up a hill' :) Beautiful country.
Chev talks more riding the bike than Tia.
😅👍
Can't believe how beautiful it is! You could show us fields and mountains for 20 mins straight and I'd be elated - wow!! This video was so beautifully shot as well!

The lush greenness of Vietnam is SUCH a contrast to the more remote locations you traveled through in Australia!
I know it was sad for you to leave Blueberry but riding a bike through these scenes in Vietnam makes it so much easier to move on. Therapists should be sending their patients to Vietnam to help them forget any negative thoughts they have. Such beautiful people.
Loved Vietnam can’t wait to go back

17:00 it was a funeral.
I really wish Tia and Cheveyo will get married in Vietnam, in a middle of beautiful scenery, to celebrate their journey around the world together. I hope Vietnam would be like a little stop for their next chapter. A little second home. For her people, her scenery, and her food. It would be a very special and meaningful wedding, ngl.
You guys should use 2-way radio to talk to each other when you have a long motorcycle ride.
Great seeing you all again!!! In Vietnam after your Australia trip. Have fun. Love seeing your dad joining you both on the trip enjoy his company 😊
Not sure what to do

Seeing Hanoi through your eyes. The motor bike journey makes it authentic and free spirited. Thank you.
Be careful on the road while its rains guys. It's slippery, also watch out for the trucks. Be safe.
Wow wow wow!!! I knew I always wanted to visit Vietnam one day but it’s moving up the list with every video.
Truly a beautiful place! Looking forward to seeing more of Northern Vietnam!. Vietnam, a truly special place ️.

This video made me very happy because you guys are wearing gloves while riding. Also jealous of the scenery you are riding through.
Who would go to Vietnam in the Rainy Season, without waterproofs? Apart from that, everything was wonderful. Great video guys.
Looks very lush and green, and the roads a little treacherous.
Oh wow, Mai Chau is stunning! My daughter thought the scenery of the mountains and rice fields at 20:58 were a stock photo until she saw you both walk out onto the balcony 😄 I've added Vietnam to my travel wishlist 😊❤

Another perfect Postcard moment looking out at that Rice Paddy Field with the Jungle/Trees/Palms either side & Mountains in the background 21:22. 👍
We did Mai Chai and LOVED it. There was a hostel that had a pool table and amazing pizza where we ended up eating and drinking every night.

Yes I agree it was really cool with the cross and the ruins and greenery!
Yup funeral! The immediate family memebers wear the white headbands, more distant relos like grandchildren will often wear yellow.

Cool old church. Looks like you guys are happy and having fun. Thanks.
Such an amazing and beautiful area. And to find a little gem that is inexpensive and comfortable with great food!
Those panoramic scenes look so beautiful. You need a extra wide format camera to do it justice.
Simply love all the riding scenes. You guys are really making us miss biking the Mae Hong Son 🥹💛Can’t wait to do this loop as well😍 Take care guys.

Looks like bliss!
When you asked Tia "How are you going?", I knew a bit of Australia rubbed off on you.
Only after hardship do you deserve to enjoy the beautiful of nature
The video is amazing, thank you for visiting my homestay, I would like to share it
So....When are the " Tia for Scale " T shirts available ???
I thought you guys said that you went in the dry season… What’s up with all the rain???
Haha nope, wet season 😬
And No rain gear!
