@LateKickwithJoshPate I like how the discussion is Georgia and it's fans have no cares given and lack of ethics but everyone else's fans are righteous about fire Kirby and dismantle the whole team. I would like to see how many of the more vocal burn the system down are rival fans, OSU fans, and others who have a fighting chance to win stuff if they could beat UGA. I wonder when we went from these students being adults learning to be adults away from home for the first time? These "kids" should have been taught how to be adults provided by parents and society before the college level. Yes Smart should provide guidance but is on student to take responsibility.

You spent 16 minutes calling out fans instead of holding the program accountable for all of the off field issues over the past couple of years. Yes there’s culture if it wasn’t then they wouldn’t have transitioned from being a sleeping giant. However that doesn’t put them or Kirby Smart above criticism.

These guys think they are 18 year old gods. 29 arrests for a team of 100ish is insane. As someone who graduated from UGA, partied, and didn't get arrested once, frankly I find it really hard to get in trouble there. The players that wanted the NIL stuff treated it like some kind of social justice campaign. Looks like it's gonna end up just like every other social justice campaign: narcissists ruining everyone else's lives while we smile and say "it's the only way."

Obviously, it’s elite and UGA will be a national title contending team this year. It’s to point out an obvious problem that needs to be fixed. If Alabama was experiencing the same problems, I’d say the same thing. Crime is somewhat of a problem at Alabama as well, but not to the degree of Georgia. Despite the discrepancy, it’s a problem I still feel Alabama needs to continue to address. Too many publicized awful acts such as the Miller situation & Ruggs for examples. @@BNSF39 okay distraction is an everyday thing for young people who are in college since the Flintstones. USC had distraction winning the National Championship as Florida and Ohio State etc. The off the field problems come with winning and eyes are on your programs. Nobody cares about the problems at Vanderbilt. Yes I'm aware of the phrase 'head in game" and the other one I hear is"speed don't slump ". You run a 4.3 in the 40, you can be distracted. The more top athletes you got the more your winning. The culture of the Dawgs isn't what you think it is. The media is blowing it up and selling it. These guys had a terrible tragedy and it has brought the program under intense scrutiny from the media and local police. Two players were ticketed and paid $28 dollars but the media said arrested and released after posting $28 dollar bond and released less than an hour. That's not culture but teenagers speeding. But everyone sees two more arrested and Kirby is responsible. It's just not true. The accident that was tragic wasn't the program but kids not doing the right thing. Especially if you know one was a Ford Explorer and the other was a Hellcat(jeep). Wasn:t much of a race in my opinion just dumb. I kinda see your point and there is some truth there. But I think bigger the program the bigger the problems. Florida and Ohio State were great with the talent and distractions, when the coaches were let go or left is when most losing came in. When Bobby Bowden was rolling at Florida State they were scrutinized for the arrested players. Miami was the best in the 80/90 years and produced plenty of pro and criminals. I guess my point is that all programs are dealing with the same thing, NIL and young people who are around pretty girls and getting in trouble. UGA is no different but they are winning on the field and off the field is magnified. Kirby can't Stop RaRa from the emotional side that assaulted a female. He immediately released him, thats all anybody can do. Off the field during summer is the most stressful time cause kids are going home and they are making bad decisions. It's part of the deal.

The difference has been displayed on multiple occasions over the last few years. When the players themselves feel strong enough about each other(insert LOVE) to be able to criticize each other without creating animosity to the extent that it becomes a detriment to the success of the team as a whole it results in a cohesiveness that cannot be achieved simply from coaching! But he could be more severe on suspensions In my opinion. And I do agree with Josh that most of this is because y’all’s teams can’t beat us so this is all y’all got. But the dumbest thing you can say is “it only happens at Georgia.” Because news flash UNC recently had loss of life in a vehicle accident. Florida had a guy involved in a hit and run. And Tennessee has had about as many players arrested this year as UGA but no other be talks about it. And let’s be honest Nick Saban wasn’t perfect either. Georgia’s culture is non existent. When you get too much talent on a team. The team suffers from no player leaders. Which is the reason 10 players have went to jail the last two seasons. And a few people have lost their lies from players racing. Smart is in jeopardy of the thunder coming down on him. Right now he can go broke loosing cases in Civil Court from loss of a few lives. Now Alabama’s head coach had control of his team while winning Championships. You know if Georgia got a new Athletic Director, extra lawyers. Extra coaches they might get back the control.

So what are you saying about winning at all costs Josh? okay or not.... in 15 years winning is irrelevant, the young person killed in the speed racing incident... their family cares...the pain does not ever go away for their parents.... do YOU care about ... not culture.... morality? What is right.... culture hides the real issue here.

Well he did interview Kirby 4 months ago. JP is NEVER going to call anyone out for things like this. He never asks the hard questions. He enjoys being buddy buddy with all the big dogs so that he keeps getting invited back. BL, I don’t think he ever said if UGA has a culture problem or not.

@@osukufan2 I agree , he basically deferred and lowkey gaslit the fans saying that no one actually really cares which he might be right in the fact that us fans can’t really do anything about it, as it realistically doesn’t affect any fans personally.
I really love his content but I thought that was kind of a weasel tactic , like sir we watch for your opinion lol the closest we got to his actual feelings were that Georgia has a winning at all cost culture , and that may or may not be toxic.

As Josh became more successful and well respected he got more and more afraid to make controversial takes. Love the show but he seems to dance around questions more now.

The average dawg fan doesn't care as long as their winning, to solidify this UGA football has the worst graduation rate of the power five .I believe the alumni care, but not enough to stop it.

The average sports fan doesn't care as long as their team is winning. In an attempt to make ourselves look like a good person we'll pretend we care on message boards.
