Absolutely loved this moment. Hyeseon is really a class act. She was patient but knew when to finally put her foot down and did it in such an impactful way. I love how she kept this up at the campfire too.
True, I felt she really wanted to shout or cry. But girl owned that moment and chose to be calm and collected. There was also a point during the bonfire that night when she might cry when GH answered he is still undecided. She schooled her expression and kept her composure. But then she cried when she thanked everyone moments later. I commend her for not giving in to emotions. If it was me, I would have lost it out of frustration and exhaustion.

Hyeseon was intriguing to me from the first episode. She was pleasant, kind, gorgeous, strong “mentally” and physically, well spoken, poised, smart, patient, stern. I’m sure she’ll take good care of him. I believe he made that statement about her not eating alone because he mentioned he’ll be busy with training soon. Sir be good to our girl, don’t make her cry, take care of her. I hope the best for you guys.
I love how she didn’t react but instead took the time to respond, reaction vs response is so important bc the immediate reaction is anger and if you talk straight away you’ll probably not be able to articulate your feelings as succinctly and it’s easier for the other person to dismiss what you’re saying. So the fact that she sat there and took the time to formulate a response shows how emotionally mature she is, I really hope I can be like that one day
She is tolerant and kind, but she is not a pushover. She knows when to draw the line. This was the classiest and coolest response I’ve ever seen in a reality dating show. She deserves someone who is mature and knows what he wants. Gwanhee is much older than her, but was clearly too immature.

She's been proceeding with caution with Gwan-hee fron the onset, observing him to get a fair assessment of who he is, and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. . .but a person can only take so much! I'm glad that she finally said her truth and stated it well. At first, she was brushing it off and still try. She looks so done which was 'high time' to me for her to do. It took her a while to figure him out, she was quite gullible (like someone who would easily buy it) but it changed completely the moment Gyuri and HJ talked about GW which she realized as well she was not the only one feeling troubled and "JERK" GW. In short, she became aware. Unlike HJ, who from the get-go knew GW and what he is like which I knew HJ can handle him but I'm happy HY did as well and figure out how to handle him better. She was upset and disappointed with him numerous and she ain't deserve it. This is why I agree with HJ when she said to GW "what do you think of us here?" because they are great women, empowered and dignified. GW does not deserve any of them. He is too insecure and like a child.

yes, it's different when ha-jeong scolded him. I think it really shows gwanhee true feelings there. He only listen because he love her. Glad that he realizes his true feelings before end of the show. Bcs I think if he's not choosing hyeseon, he will regret later when he watch back his behaviors throughout the series.
She backed off and he said “oh shoot! she won’t be trying anymore” and I believe it made him pay more attention. She was okay with letting him go, making him almost want her more. The last dinner when she got emotional I believed he got emotional also because she has been so strong the whole time. That was the first time she cried and it was genuine. She refused to give him the answers he wanted to hear so he was probably thinking “I’m losing her”. When they had a private talk he was still emotional, it was good to see both their guards down. If nothing else there was an emotional connection between the two.
i rewatched this several times. i was so blown by how masterfully and brilliant she was. the long pause, the calm and concise delivery with just the right emotion...wow. I can only dream to come close to that kind of emotional intelligence. And what they don t show is how, after putting him in his place - yet without hurting his ego - she ended it yet again in the most exquisite way by relacing and going back to chuckling. Any guy would eat out of her hand after that. And I knew he d pick her. She s f amazing.
Yes, queen! That silence and stare from Hyeseon is enough to make Gwanhee speechless. You don't mess with a woman who knows her worth! Hyeseon is definitely my favorite cast in all seasons of Singles Inferno. Although I personally don't think Gwanhee deserves her, I'm not worried because I know she can handle it on her own like a true queen that she is.
He is always surrounded by people who are amazed by him, and she is so real and natural and she doesn't care about his background,so he felt like if he let her go ,he will never be able to get someone like her , ohter girls made him feel like everyone else in his life , she puted him at his place with such an elegant way. Hyeseon is the best thing to happen this season. Arguably the best girl of all the seasons. She’s beautiful inside and out. She’s the nicest and most considerate out of the entire cast, yet she doesn’t put up with bs. She’s also smart and can see right thru Gwanhee’s antics. She’s the complete package. Gwanhee is lucky to have Hyeseon by his side so he better treat her right.

True, I felt she really wanted to shout or cry. But girl owned that moment and chose to be calm and collected. There was also a point during the bonfire that night when she might cry when GH answered he is still undecided. She schooled her expression and kept her composure. But then she cried when she thanked everyone moments later. I commend her for not giving in to emotions. If it was me, I would have lost it out of frustration and exhaustion.

I love how she didn’t react but instead took the time to respond, reaction vs response is so important bc the immediate reaction is anger and if you talk straight away you’ll probably not be able to articulate your feelings as succinctly and it’s easier for the other person to dismiss what you’re saying. So the fact that she sat there and took the time to formulate a response shows how emotionally mature she is, I really hope I can be like that one day

Hye-seon is so poised and mature. She's been proceeding with caution with Gwan-hee fron the onset, observing him to get a fair assessment of who he is, and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. . .but a person can only take so much! Him checking out Min-ji during their conversation, and implying that he's leaning towards her (after she cried over him like a little girl), was a bridge too far. I love that Hye-seon knows her worth and is not afraid to let a man go if he does not. Queen. 👑
I'm glad that she finally said her truth and stated it well. At first, she was brushing it off and still try. She looks so done which was 'high time' to me for her to do. It took her a while to figure him out, she was quite gullible (like someone who would easily buy it) but it changed completely the moment Gyuri and HJ talked about GW which she realized as well she was not the only one feeling troubled and "JERK" GW. In short, she became aware. Unlike HJ, who from the get-go knew GW and what he is like which I knew HJ can handle him but I'm happy HY did as well and figure out how to handle him better. She was upset and disappointed with him numerous and she ain't deserve it. This is why I agree with HJ when she said to GW "what do you think of us here?" because they are great women, empowered and dignified. GW does not deserve any of them. He is too insecure and like a child.

She backed off and he said “oh shoot! she won’t be trying anymore” and I believe it made him pay more attention. She was okay with letting him go, making him almost want her more. The last dinner when she got emotional I believed he got emotional also because she has been so strong the whole time. That was the first time she cried and it was genuine. She refused to give him the answers he wanted to hear so he was probably thinking “I’m losing her”. When they had a private talk he was still emotional, it was good to see both their guards down. If nothing else there was an emotional connection between the two.
i rewatched this several times. i was so blown by how masterfully and brilliant she was. the long pause, the calm and concise delivery with just the right emotion...wow. I can only dream to come close to that kind of emotional intelligence. And what they don t show is how, after putting him in his place - yet without hurting his ego - she ended it yet again in the most exquisite way by relacing and going back to chuckling. Any guy would eat out of her hand after that. And I knew he d pick her. She s f amazing.

Hyeseon is definitely my favorite cast in all seasons of Singles Inferno. She’s the nicest and most considerate out of the entire cast, yet she doesn’t put up with bs. She’s also smart and can see right thru Gwanhee’s antics. She’s the complete package. Gwanhee is lucky to have Hyeseon by his side so he better treat her right.
