Hi miss.. thank you for this resepi i already make it n the taste is superbb👍👍 very delicious but i have problem with the cake, im using conventional oven, i bake follow ur way 140 for 50 minute and turn tu 160 add another 10 minute.. my cake become crack not nice like yours and it fall down also become small.. can i ask ur opinion or sharing how i can baking nicely like yours.. thank you
@@lydiatan2872 probably because of the egg white ( meringue ) for this kinda of cake. You need to beat the egg white until stiff peak. So the cake batter is more stable and won't fall down so much .
You can also try to put a little water on a separate baking tray or other vessel in the oven to produce a little steam, not too much. Might prevent cracking.

+ don’t take it out of the oven directly when it is ready, open the door a little and leave to cool in the oven.
