Just getting into MSFS. Found your videos very helpful. One thing I like about your channel is your readiness to answer subscriber's questions. Very helpful.
Hey Peter… welcome! Glad you’re finding my videos helpful. If I can assist I’ll always try and answer any questions. Thanks for watching & commenting, appreciated. Happy simming 👍✈️
Great videos, thank you. I used to do this many years ago and one thing, the park brakes are released as soon as the chocks are in place with the engines off. The reason is the brakes can get very hot We had a situation where, when the aircraft was refueled and reloaded and ready to go, the brakes had, literally, welded themselves to the disks. Even though they were released after taxying un. It took 12 hours to release them.
Hi John… thanks for that information, always good to hear and learn from real world pilots. Glad you’re enjoying the videos, thanks for watching & commenting, appreciated. 👊✈️
Hey thanks! Glad you’re enjoying the channel. My GSX settings are pretty much default, there’s a couple of tweaks, I’ll definitely add that topic to cover in a future video. Thanks for watching & commenting, appreciated ✈️👍
I love the immersion that GSX Pro offers. I just have a difficult time setting all of the various airport setting. How do you accomplish this? Are there specific airline or airplane downloads that I should be adding to GSX to make this process easier? I fly the Horizon simulations B787-9 for Japan Airlines. I fly my virtual pilot career through Sim Bit World APL2 . Great video. Thank you for taking the time to make these for your followers.
Hi, thanks… glad you found the video useful. I download most of my GSX custom profiles from flightsim.to - there’s instructions how to install them into your community folder on each download page. Some payware add ons & aircraft also come with their own custom profiles. Hope this helps, thanks for watching 👊✈️
honestly gsx is decent had it since release its like a hit or miss with some things i load 200 pass and only deboard 80 lol i see passengers walking into plane and none sitting down done all the updates and check boxes i even uninstalled and reinstalled and make no difference the pushback can be spot on at times and miss at other this why i say its decent
Yea, I agree it can be quite buggy, but I still think it’s worth having. Let’s see what they do in MSFS 2024 with the new default push backs / ground services etc. can’t wait! Thanks for watching, appreciated 👊✈️
I tend to have dramas selecting a gate as both the sim and GSX give little indication as to where the gates are (and unless there's a profile installed, the numbers often don't match up either) Any tips?
I normally vacate the runway then zoom right in on the EFB map which has stand nos. If you’re not in a plane with flight tablet go on Navigraph and look at the parking stand charts for your airport. If you don’t have Navigraph just select one of the suitable stands in the GSX menu then request the follow me car to guide you. All the best 👍✈️
@@seven3simmer Thanks. I usually refer to Navigraph charts but it often bears no relation to what GSX has. It seems it's dependent on having a GSX profile installed (not always available).
Hey Big Boss… this scenery is actually inibuilds London Heathrow. But I do also have the Origami studios Gatwick which is pretty cool. Thanks for watching & commenting, appreciated 👊✈️
Hi Lee… thanks for your question. So I never really use the follow me car in every day use, especially on VATSIM as what the controller gives you as taxi would probably differ from GSX. Just bring the plane to a halt, check your charts and work out where you need to go, take your time. There is one final way you can get to your gate using GSX… you can automatically port there from the same menu as the follow me car… but there’s no fun in that right!!? Thanks for watching and commenting, appreciated 👍✈️
@@seven3simmer It’s true that a car follows me, it’s not fun at all 😅 I was hoping that gsx would have, for example taxi ribbon Thank you for answering my question, greetings 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hi there… once you’ve downloaded a GSX profile you need to drag & drop it into the GSX MSFS directory which, depending on your installation, should be something like… \Users\[YourName]\AppData\Roaming\virtuali\GSX\MSFS Hope this helps. 👍✈️
Hi David… thanks for your question. The wheel is Parallel 42s Flow. I only have the essentials version but I am considering upgrading to Pro. It’s payware but WAY better than the standard menu and it’s totally customisable so you can add specific widgets as and where you want. Thanks for watching, appreciated 👊✈️
after MSFS 20204 released, we don't need GSX Pro as an external program...MSFS 20204 will do itself instead of an external program...will have own...that is, will be default...
Hi Zac… I had to download the official inibuilds custom profile from their forum… here’s a link: forum.inibuilds.com/files/file/3132-inibuilds-london-heathrow-egll-gsx-pro-profile-vdgs-profile/ Thanks for watching & commenting ✈️👍
Hi Nick… thanks man, appreciated. Just head over to the FS Dream team website to purchase. Link below… you also download the FSTL installer to manage all the GSX options. Be sure to look out for voucher codes too. I paid around £18 I think. Good luck, thanks for watching. ✈️👊 www.fsdreamteam.com/products_gsxpro.html
@@seven3simmer Great video mate. I bought GSX pro last week. Unfortunately none of the voucher codes I found worked. So, I had to pay full price. Anyway, I am just getting back into MSFS after ignoring the latest version for years due to my potato system lol. Now I have a half decent PC to play it at an acceptable level. You have my sub, and I look forward to more videos.
I think it's a shame that the flight simulator hardly makes any difference in ground traffic. Luggage carts or catering trucks drive in the middle of the center line of the taxiways or sometimes runways. And you can't change it unless you turn off all ground traffic.

Hey there! Welcome to our community! Well i really recommend GSX pro, FSRealstic and if you’re looking for airplanes and realism you will need addons

The default has less then half the features
How do you make all of the gates have a safe dock or do you have to manually do it for all the gates ?

Hey Im curious, with this gsx update has anyone been having any issues with audio, like not being able to hear passenger boarding
Hi… I’ve not had that issue myself. Just double check your audio levels in the GSX settings. Cheers for watching 👍✈️
@seven3simmer I've already done that several times but, thanks for the reply!
Where did you get discount code from
My Microsoft Edge browser automatically found it and applied it for me! Technology! Thanks for watching 👍✈️

I got GSX but I think its banned in my country which is very sad because I want to use it
That sucks! But thanks for watching, appreciated 👊✈️
That's strange. Never heard of a piece of software such as this being banned. Maybe you can install it using a virtual private network.
What? How? Maybe use VPN?
Gsx manuelly is not cool, i Hope pmdg will integrated.
It would be awesome wouldn’t it? I have a feeling that’s what they’re working on to be honest. Watch this space! Thanks for watching ✈️👍
