Thank you so much!! I learned so much from this tutorial and you've opened my mind to the power of unreal engine, from being a maya user since 2008. Well done.
I can’t ever get myself to do anything in unreal engine but I love watching your videos it helps me a lot to get inspired. I’m a blender user so it is difficult to make that switch over.
Changing your perspective can help a lot. Let us be real, Blender is way harder to use than Unreal Engine 5. Dont get me wrong, both are hard but in Blender you almost have to make everything yourself. What I am trying to say is that you are already smart enough to use and play with blender. Unreal engine 5 would be a learning curve, but i think u manage just fine. I personally think and assume that you are waiting to get triggered by a project. Learning something while working on a actual project is imo the best way to learn and keep the fun intact. anyways... all the best
Hi Amit, First of all, thank you very much for your once again very inspiring tutorial. I have chosen your “The Orb” tutorial as a template for a whole scenery as a background for my new song and have taken up your ideas to create my own environment in the UE. I have a question though: “How do I get the birds in your current tutorial to appear at a certain point in the level sequencer (at the beginning of the render)? Does this have anything to do with 'spawn'?” I would be very happy to receive an answer. I am also looking forward to a new tutorial. I really admire your imagination and skills 🙂✨✨
Really the best channel for learning Unreal Engine !!!! If I may suggest something for the next tutorial, maybe some recreation of star wars space battle, you know, with the blasters, explosion stuff... would really love that....keep up the best work there @Magnet VFX
Very cool, will definitely try this. Maybe you've been asked lots of times, but what are your PC specs? I imagine lots of people would be curious. Maybe add them to vid description. Thanks
It's incredible the amount of detail you share in your process. I learn so much from watching. Thank you for another stellar tutorial, Amit! May I ask why you choose a frame rate of 23.976? What's the advantage over 24fps?
the 23.976fps is the 24 frames a second you hear about, it really is 23.976 seconds, so if someone says 24, they really mean the 23.976 fps, it has been the cinema standard for very long, it is mostly because of the older NTSC standard. That is still sort of the US standard, and because the colour info needed a bit of bandwidth over the older black and white signal. It really is an outdated standard, but still the standard....
Best content as always, Can we add sound of ocean and objects interacting in Unreal Engine?? also character interacting with ocean and objects, beginner sound design in unreal engine 5 will also be a very helpful content.
Thanks for great video as always! Could you make a timestamp for important steps? So it'd be so much easier to look back when we, your viewers, forgot something
Recently I am facing an issue in unreal, hope you can suggest something : "Waiting for static meshes to be ready." Its keep on showing this message and taking lot of time to get the meshes to be imported.I am using a 1TB WD ssd. Looks like the first tutorial which isn't too long or boring, so I can finally get at least one scene. Would help me so much. I will watch further... 🙂 Btw. I always have a smile on my face hearing this kind of accent, because it reminds me of the movies "Harold and Kumar". Sorry, not making fun of you. It's cool. 🙂
Hello sir i need to know how is your computer ? i mean ram . processor , graphic card storage . in order to run unreal engine software , i want to install in my computer . thank you
Hi Sir I’m working on a simple animation project in Unreal Engine 5.4. It’s a 10-15 minute documentary-style video for TH-cam in 1080p, featuring MetaHumans and city life scenes. I’m sourcing assets from Sketchfab and will do color grading in DaVinci Resolve 19. Since I’m not creating games, I’m focused on keeping Unreal’s size small and optimizing performance for smoother viewport and faster rendering. Could you make a video covering all possible ways to optimize Unreal Engine for animation projects like mine? It would be incredibly helpful to learn how to manage MetaHumans, streamline rendering, and keep the project lightweight. Thanks so much in Advance.
HI brother, my movie render always crashes even though i reduce to minimum settings. It will render 4,5 frames then crash the que. I had worked on one project and only rendered half of the scenes because of this problem. Im using ryzen 7 & rtx 3060 gpu laptop.
