My round:
1) .RO made it pretty easy, went in Bucharest, pretty happy.
2) Felt like spain for whatever reason. Close enough, I'm happy.
3) Was in between Mongolia/Khazakstan/Turkey, went for Turkey even though it didn't feel right. Ouch. (Nice guess btw)
4) Looked cold and dreary. North east Europe? Went for Estonia feeling pretty confident. Rip.
5) Same thought process as you, 50/50 between spain and mexico. Ended up going with Mexico.

Those cars in Romania are Dacias, a Romanian brand. Back in the 90s they were everywhere, not so much these days.

The Maryland one is not far from where I grew up, glad to finally see even a hillside of my area make the channel. Wouldn't have been able to guess it but I can see it now. I was in scouts as well and that state park that's just to the south of where it was is where we'd have a large winter meet every year for troops from the region.
Your best round for me was in your own hometown challenge, daniel's lane. That story about your mate's bike had me in tears aha
I still love your 'grass+weird trees=New Zeland', but I think the one that made me laugh the most, recently at least, was from the No moving scrolling or zooming from March 8th of this year. When you guessed Bulgaria, when it was actually in the US. And then, on the very next round, you guessed the US when it was actually Greece, but FOR ONE GLORIOUS MOMENT, at first glance, it looked as though it was in Bulgaria.
Typing it out makes it sound not funny, but man, I was absolutely in stitches watching that. Your mortified gasp when you thought it was Bulgaria 😂

had a shit day at work, then took a beating in super smash bros, finally got home looking forward to this play along as i got quite good recently and got absolutely crushed once again. what a shit day 😂didnt know dm wasnt just a german thing as i have never seen it anywhere else... so i went german and got 1200km away. 2600 points. that was my best round. 5800 points total. i hate this map so much 😂

I think one of the giveaways for the USA round was the type of rumble strips on the side of the road! I'm not 100% sure, but I think since they were invented in NE america, you see them for more often there.
World City Wednesday #9, in Barcelona, was a great one. The plethora of mis-pronounced words throughout, and the crazy final round in the Olympic Park or whatever that area was called, where so many things correlated but it was still wrong
I've never seen the rumble strips on a road outside of America. They are cut on the edge of the road to make a ton of noise in case you drift/fall asleep. (On the Maryland location)
My home is 5 miles from where you clicked in Norway, and I was certain that you had made a good guess

Really late but I’ll comment on how I did. To be fair being a year later some of the google images were newer and therefore had different clues than yours.
1- Went London because there was a dress shop to the left with the name “QUEENS” and that combined with the architecture and foliage made me think Uk
2-Went with south eastern Spain because it was so flat and plain-y but I had the same thought as you that a low stone wall like that wouldn’t really be in Mexico/USA. Sardinia however didn’t even cross my mind, I’ve never gotten it before and I didn’t know there were such wide open spaces
3- this one killed me. I didn’t think to look for shadows and went Argentina. I also didn’t notice the snowy mountains (not sure if just an oversight on my part or if the angle I was given didn’t show em)
4- My photo was from the summer and not the winter so I had a better idea of the foliage and knew it was USA. The bushes looked a bit like what I’ve seen in Montana so I went up there and instead it was Maryland.... rip but still better than your guess!
5- I ended up going Mexico. When you figured out it was europe by the trees in the background I was blown away!
Total- a measly 6169 points.

I don't remember which episodes they were but there were two pretty similar situations where you first thought that a women had a reeeeeally big butt (it turned out to be something else) and when you thought that there was some kind of a deamon or a strange horse (it was something else too, obviously).

There was one round when we kept seeing "Cejas" everywhere, and since we had no idea, we looked up the word "cejas" and it came up with eyebrows. I was very confused, but realized it was a sectionof Bolivia.
The ridges on the edge of the road are rumble strips. I think we are the only ones that do that on such small roads.
There are actually quite a few large wind farms in America! Considering how much energy our country uses on a greater scale, doesn’t really make much of a dent, even still...

Plenty of wind power in the states! No Rennos though
1. Was a changed image, but also had a .ro clue, guessed Bucharest.
2. Guessed Spain due to landscape and wind turbines.
3. The flatness but also hillyness and snow-topped mountains together with the lack of roadmarkings and shadow made me think Kyrgyzstan, although I went further south.
4. Was a changed image, could see a sign in the distance, but too blurry to make out, otherwise similar clues, guessed Europe, it wasn't. :D
5. The cacti or whatever they are reminded me of on the Canary Islands, although the trees seemed to better fit around Italy/Spain, guessed Spain again, wrong again, but at least not too far.

Yo just for future reference, on the 3rd guess the shadow of the google car was kind of a clue, it was clearly a soviet shaped vehicle, You should look out for that in the future
The episode where you were in a famous place in Italy and you were giving stories to all the people around you
Sardinia was a reasonable error, it was basically the same latitude so a very good guess.
My funniest round was: I spawned inside a room where literally everything was pruple and my only hint was a tiny window that had a white wall blocking the view, apparently it was somewhere in India
