I have made stroganoff a lot but instead of soy sauce I use Worcestershire sauce for my gravy and I use cream of celery soup. And Lipton beefy onion soup mix and a brown gravy, and sour cream and instead of milk I’ll use half and half or heavy cream. And for meat I have done hamburger, beef chunks or meatballs :)

I love beef stroganoff!! I grew up in my families home cooked food restaurant and I was waiting tables at 13. That was back in the early 60s though. I brought lots of recipes with me and we've been eating very well since. It looks like I use the same ingredients as you. I don't use soy sauce though. I love watching you. I also cook most of the things that you've shown. The lemon dessert, I believe its called lemon lush now...oh my, I could shove that in my face before its even done! Keep it coming Gina I'm loving it all!
Girl This Looks Great I Make A Hamburger Stroganoff I Use 1 Pound Of Hamburger 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 Block Velveeta Cheese Cut Into Cubes 2 Cups Wide Egg Noodles 2 Cups Water I Brown & Drain My Hamburger Then Add 2 Cups Water Bring To A Boil Add Mushroom Soup & Velveeta Cubes Stir Until Cheese Is. Melted Add Egg Noodles & Stir Gently Simmer On Low Heat Cover & Cook Until Noodles Are Done DELICIOUS Girl!
