Amazingly explained! I have a disc bulge L4/L5 for the last 2 months now. first week and a bit the back pain was insane but it went away. Then around the 3 week mark I started to get a little bit of numbness down the leg here and there. Now the last 4 weeks it’s been pretty constant and no matter what I do (exercise , chiro, acupuncture ) it doesn’t decrease in sensations. What else would you recommend trying? Or will this just clear its self up over time? Thank you.
