It’s not a magical girl, The original song is made by Sawtone who used the vocaloid Miku and it’s about a girl who goes around the town trying to help people and cure people along her way of defeating anyone or anything that goes in her way. They don’t have anything special really and this song song mentioned in any series or anything (or atleast I think so?)
