    I love that she did this whole recipe without the use if a mixer. I don't have one and it's so rare to find a recipe where you can do it all by hand!

    I bought Christina's book a few weeks ago and made these buns for Thanksgiving morning breakfast. They were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! They came out perfectly and my family LOVED them! Highly recommend and pretty easy to do!

      Did she use cups of flour in the book or are there real baker's measurements by weight ?

    Christina is top of the pyramid of dessert gurus... cannot wait to try these. (I've never kneaded any dough that long... gonna be interesting!)

    These look absolutely delicious and I'm looking forward to making them but In the video it calls for 1 egg but in the written instructions it says 1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk. Could you please clarify. I'm going to use 1 large egg, the same as shows in the video. Also, if I choose to use my KitchenAid Dough hook instead of kneading by hand due to arthritis how long do you suggest? Thx Christina!
