To check if stream is starting, you can use “Trigger Pull Data” to save the details from OBS into a variable called obsInfo
You can then check if stream is starting checking if obsInfo.outputState is equal to “OBS_WEBSOCKET_OUTPUT_STARTING”. If you want to check if stream is ending, check if obsInfo.outputState is equal to “OBS_WEBSOCKET_OUTPUT_STOPPING”
Check the current OBS scene in SAMMI by using an if block to check the value of global.Main.current_scene

That's so weird! Perhaps your antivirus is falsely detecting it as malware? I'd suggest reaching out to the developers on their Discord. If you go to the SAMMI site and go to the community section, there's a link to join there
