    ఏ ప్రాణాయామం ఏ కాలంలో చేయాలనేది కూడా ఉంది . అది తెలుసుకుని ప్రాణయామం నేర్పాలి. శీతలి సీత్కరి ప్రాణాయామాలు వేసవి కాలం మాత్రమే నేర్పాలి.
