Kristen reacts to The Avengers, the 2012 superhero team-up epic based on the Marvel Comics series. When Earth is faced with an alien invasion led by the mischievous Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston (Loki, Thor: Ragnarok, Kong: Skull Island) Nick Fury, played by Samuel L Jackson (The Marvels, The Hateful Eight, Pulp Fiction) assembles Earth's mightiest heroes to stop him, but getting the strongest, the bravest, and the most volatile to work together might prove too much for this unlikely but ultimately fated band of characters.

Loki and Tom Hiddleston who portrays him are fine as fuck. Like Tom is FINE and just a beautiful human, and then Loki is also like the most iconic, most beloved and well written villain of the MCU

So yes, he was lucky to be a good guy but in reality it would be more likely to be a least little bit racist hahaha can you imagine a Rated-R Captain America in a parallel universe where everything sucks? Haha sure there is actually.
I loved this movie when it first came out. I saw it 4 times in a month. There truly was nothing like it at the time.
I still love it. I had the bootleg DVD. I would go to sleep to it every night. 😊
About that Captain America having serious 'daddy vibes' thing; it's so genius how they started him out, standing up to the bully in the movie theater, trying over and over to enter war, and the saying 'I don't wanna kill anyone, I just hate bullies'. The guy had all the goods to being a great leader -- one who leads by example, but he just never had the muscle to back it up. Now he can stand up to any bully and do it the right way.

Whenever a reactor I watch watches this movie I always hope beyond hope that they will check out Agents of SHIELD. None of the ones I watch have yet to do that though XD

If you're wondering how Thor was able to travel to earth without the bifrost the all father Odin or Heimdall sent him here using dark magic. Now if you didn't use the tesseract to go back to Asgard it would have been a one-way trip. If Loki didn't surrender he could have beat Captain America and Iron Man. Loki seen weak compared Thor and he is physically nowhere near Thor's strength. Now of course if you mean power-wise Loki is equal to Thor strength if not stronger due to all of his individual powers.
Spoiler alert: If you like the Agent Phil Coulson character there are a few Marvel one shots short films that featuring him. Then there's the agents of shield TV series which you may enjoy that dive deep into agent coulson's character.
LOL, I've seen probably a hundred reactions to this movie over the years, and I've never seen anyone laugh so hard when Hulk gave Loki the what for, it was infectious and you made me laugh more than I normally would have.
I love the fact Kristen couldn’t stop giggling after Loki took that beating from the hulk and he says puny god, it was absolutely adorable and the perfect reaction.
The scene with the captain American giving nick fury the money was the bet from earlier. I doubt anything would surprise me 10 bucks says you’re wrong.

Countless audiences had the same reaction when Hulk wrecked Loki. Uproarious laughter at seeing shit-talker Loki getting so thoroughly humbled. I think I saw the movie in theaters three times and it slayed each time.

This movie is the perfect team-up film. I wish I could go back to Summer 2012 and experience this in theaters again for the first time.
Absolute best reaction to the Hulk versus Loki 'puny god' beat down that I've seen! Don't worry that you didn't know the villain shown in the credit scene. He was an Easter Egg for comic nerds like me, because we all recognized him immediately.

Y'all really edited out some of the best scenes. What happened to Thor's intro, man? Thor's fight with Cap and Tony? Thor's chat with Loki? Nat fetching Bruce for Fury? Nat totally punking Loki and getting the answers she needed? Seriously so many times I was totally lost like the editing made the scenes jump in a way that feels super disjointed. Damn, man. I was so excited for this one too.
Also love Nat's "Thank you, for your co-operation" scene and Fury's "guess he never did get you to sign these".
It's gotta be hard to make the edits to avoid copywrite strikes.
@@barkingmonkee True, I know copyright laws effect the editing, there was just so much missing, so many full scenes gone, that it's a little disappointing. But THAT RAGDOLL SCENE was hilarious, she was DYING, it was great.

You were right to laugh as hard and long as you did. When HULK ragdolled Loki and called him Puny, it was among the funniest movie moments in recent memory. And of course it was preceded by THE MOST BADASS movie moment of all time - Cap suggests to Banner it might be a good time to get angry, so he donned his green suit and showed the aliens how painful it can be to take a punch.
*Hopefully Banner won't be charged with a crime after stealing the motorcycle.
I predict Kristen will be changing her rankings of Marvel movies in the near future 😄

"Puny god..." you could watch the Hulk slam Loki around 1,000 times and it would still be just as funny as the 1st time seeing it! you wouldn't believe how many takes it took for Tom Hiddleston to get that whimper just right.
I like Kristen reactions, but I hope she considers breaking down her reactions into two parts for some of the Marvel movies going forward. I’ve seen some reactors do two parts for some of the Avengers movies, but otherwise her reaction have been enjoyable to date.

When Captain America gave Nick Fury $10 it was a reference to the bet that he made with him in the gym scene. Nick Fury said that the world had gotten stranger since Captain America was asleep. And Captain America said that he’d seen some pretty strange things in his life and he doubted that anything would surprise him anymore. Nick Fury then bet him $10 bucks that he could prove him wrong. They then flew away on a giant flying boat that could turn invisible.

Funniest moment in the whole first Avengers movie is Loki getting ragdolled by Hulk. Bottom line, non-negotiable. Even if I'm having a bad day, that moment never fails to make me laugh.

I really enjoyed your reaction. The Avengers is a 10 of 10 movie: Perfect director, perfect cast, perfect cgi, perfect story! I read Avenger comics from the very beginning and had to wait decades to watch this masterpiece in theater :) A childhood's dream came true!

Just the fact that the Hulk literally backhanded Black Widow shows she is definitely not normal anyone else would have died or be seriously injured from that hit so we now know she is a super human also.

This is still my favorite MCU movie. Don't get me wrong, there are other great ones (you'll see) but this one was so great at setting the tone, being the first ensemble and just grabbing you right from the opening scene and keeping you glued the whole time. That first shot that pans around the six of them is still one of the most perfect moments in the MCU.
Aaahhh the good old days when Loki wasn't over-rated. lol

The world building through the introduction movies leading up to this is masterfully done. The MCU stumbles occasionally along the way, but its a fucking rocket ride once you hit phase 3.
It is adorable how giddy you get with some of the stuff in this movie. I need a wifey like you.
