Ott's first album. It was released in May 2003 on Twisted Records. The title of the album is a loose German translation of the phrase "flower power"
Spacey strings, chants, otherworldly noises and pertinent samples collide with his massive rub-a-dub beats and bass. OTT s music is a world to it's own, a pure undiluted atmospheric world of swirling stoned sound and colour.
Indian to Arabic to African OTT s dub's are boundary- less and boundless in their, scope and strength. a paradox of dub, not stereotypically slow heavy sounds but at once an upbeat dancey dub full of light, world chants and funky beats, while still maintaining a slow and relaxed ambient groove.
Daz - Plays bass on 'Jack's Cheese And Bread Snack'.
Daz plays bass, guitar and additional synths on 'Billy The Kid Strikes Back'.
Daz plays guitar on 'A Load Up At Nunney Catch'.
Steve Hunt - Plays guitar on 'Jack's Cheese And Bread Snack'.
Michele and Cassie sang through my window.

A ton of people into some kinds of music dont use youtube to listen. So you'll see an awesome artist or band with one of there best songs have only a few thousand views. But dont let that fool you into thinking it's not popular. Spotify is a better gauge

first time I listened to this track 13 years ago I looked down at my wristwatch and saw the hands move slower. Did it again today, totally sober. Still works.

This track is a master piece. Just melts you away. From the starting to the end. It's like literally driving you away from a bad trip to a beautiful experience. Love it.

I can’t even comprehend how music this amazing even exists. Let alone at the same time I do.
Ott deserves all the cheese & bread snacks ever.

In my humble opinion Ott has turned out the most danceable, tripable, fuckable too & beautifully spiritual tunes in the last 20 years since the millennium turned in 2000

    Yo
I'm sure you've answered this question a bazillion times in the past but...
Where does the "all composite phenomena... etc" sample come from? I know the lines themselves are derived from the four seals of Buddhism but where does the sample itself come from? Was it something you recorded specifically for this track or was it lifted from elsewhere?

I'm looking for another psydub track which I feel may be made by Ott. It's this track with a sound like a Punjabi dhol beat. Any idea???
