    "All phenomena are empty and selfless." It is the most important sentence ever said. All the other Noble Truths are based on this fact.

    One: all composite phenomena are impermanent
    Two: all contaminated things and events are unsatisfactory
    Three: all phenomena are empty and selfless
    And four: Nirvana is true peace

    Am I the only one who feels time slow down at 2:43 every time I listen to this song?

      If you can switch of all external noise and brain clutter, and maybe this music helps you do that? - then time takes what it takes. What is difficult though is when you become conscious of time having passed your brain immediately paints on to reality what it wants you to experience - your version of how long you had been off world for? How to switch that off completely? A good question. I wonder if 'Little Buddha' can answer that?

    The tune that starts at 2:40, I'm absolutely addicted to it.
    Does anyone know if there is an extended version of it? perhaps the original?

  • @Halomav
    @Halomav 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    The Four Seals of Buddhism indeed.
    This is almost the same as the female voice says:
    1. All composed phenomena are impermanent. (All composite phenomena are transient.)
    2. All composed phenomena are in the nature of dukkha. (All contaminated phenomena are unsatisfactory by nature.)
    3. All phenomena lack a self, lack a substantial essence. (All phenomena are empty and selfless.)
    4. Nirvana is peace.

    Considering reality meaningless is by my mean to not deserve nirvana. :) Whats your definition on deserving nirvana?
