Did you make BTZ SrA at 22 months? I’m curious about your timeline. I’m looking to get BTZ, but still confused on timeline. I understand the whole 36 TIS w/ 20 TIG or 28 TIG overall. Just curious how it worked for you though. Did you get approached or did you put your name out there? Thanks for all your informative videos!

as an e-5, how much is supervisory/managerial and how much is doing your job? i'm a prior-service e-5 army going into air force reserves (possibly active after a year or 2) in cyber and i just want to be remain technical and not be a manager like i was in the army. cheers
