One friend asked me personally Why i suggested in my video not to join a coaching? 1. It's too hectic, starting from morning till night. At the end of the day you will be so tired, that you won't be able to revise what you have written on your notes. 2. Most of us will be away from home, living in a hostel in Delhi or Hyderabad with bad food when on the contrary you can be at home and prepare well. But the only thing that you should be careful is time management, so that your preparations should be over way before time for revision. 3. Going for a coaching will cost you around 1 lakhs - 1.5 lakhs (Coaching charge + accommodation charge). With this money you can have subscription of prepladder or marrow for your entire 6 years of medicine at your university. So I'll suggest get the subscription in your 5th year and 6th year and you'll be good to write the exam when you will graduate. ✌️🤘 All the best!

Hi, thankyou for this video. Could you share your day to day schedule while you were preparing for FMGE? How many hours or days you gave in to a particular subject. I will be taking the FMGE in June 2021. Thankyou in advance.
Hi Doc. I'm happy that it helped you. My next video will be on subjects and strategy, stay tuned I'll be covering that soon. I never had a fixed schedule, but I made sure that I finished each subject as early as possible. I used to study like 4-6 hours a day, and then in the last month or so, I studied like 7-8 hours and sometimes more. All the very best Doc. 👍
Hi Doc Watch this video.. I do mention about how to study for those who are studying in med school somewhere in between the video... Hope you find it out.. Here it's summed up in one sentence"Read the standard textbooks!!"
Hello sir...i want to ask that after I go with prepladder. Than is it compulsory to read text books for NEXT or fmge or pg. Does prepladder covered all content for being a doctor.
Better to use prepladder in your last two years of medical school, otherwise I would suggest you to read standard textbooks that your university recommends you! Yeah prepladder and marrow cover almost all the topics! All the best
Hi Muskan, Just focus well on studies in your medical school, read the books that the university recommends you to study from, and in your last year get a subscription of marrow or prepladder, and you'll be all good to write the exam, and definitely you'll pass. Don't worry you'll be fine. All the best!
Bro there are several countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, they have very similar course pattern like India, but if you go to Europe or China, Russia there you may find some differences in few subjects( like Preventive and Social medicine will be different for each countries, and usually in abroad ENT, Opthalmology, Forensic medicine and few others are not taught in detail as they teach here in India). I hope you got it. DM me to know more about it in FB or Instagram.
Hi Doc Watch this video.. I do mention about how to study for those who are studying in med school somewhere in between the video... Hope you find it out.. Here it's summed up in one sentence"Read the standard textbooks!!"
Congratulations dear ' i have read Till my 3rd year from Text books and also make self notes ' PSM is the only books which I didn't read Till yet thanks for Focusing on it ' Now I'm in 4th year I'm studying Medicine from Deepak Marwah (Prepladder) should i go through the book also for it or Just it's lectures are Enough 💝,. subscribed
Hi focus on what your medical school is teaching you.... Read textbooks build concepts... Coz they never change Try to build up your concepts and that comes through reading and learning textbooks So start doing it from now onwards And you'll be good at the time of exam All the best
Hello Dr. Thomas Abraham . Im going to appear dec 2021 fmge exam can you please tell me how did you prepare for surgery ? Did you watch rapid revision or you did it im coaching ?
Hi Dr. Preeti I solved all "I mean almost ALL" the questions of surgery from Prepladder(qbank+previous year qns) along with doing RR lectures... as I didn't have time for main lectures.... But if you have time go for the main lectures... All the best Doc.
Hi Thank you Doc. The link is functioning, try to copy the link on laptop and search it in Google directly and you'll reach the books section. All the best
Hello sir, I am second year student so please give me straitigy for the next exams How i prepared subjects in better manner..😊😊 What contact i read.... Prepleader is enough for the next....
Hi , thanks for this video. From now we have like 4 months can 1 do RR for all subjects and do revision will be enough to the fmge exam . What do u suggest ?
Hi Doc. To be honest, some of the rapid revision lectures are too rapid that it's very hard to grasp it from there....just to give you an example the RR of ENT is too short, so without main lectures it's really hard to grab it all... I would suggest you to watch this video- m.th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html Try to finish atleast some of the most important subjects that I talk in this video from main lectures (Atleast PSM, ENT, Opthalmology, Obs-gyn).... And finish up the rest according to your time (with RR or main lectures) Most importantly solve previous year qns of FMGE and NEET-PG and AIIMS....and cram up the description. All the BEST!!
Hello bruh, thanq so much for the link...I'm going to take the exam in june 2021...psm,fm,ent, opth, obgyn, patho, physio, pharma (all lecture video from prepladder) and for the remaining subject's rapid revision and questions is enough?
Hi Sindhu, you are right, I think that would be enough, but don't forget to solve previous year qns of Neet-PG and FMGE, and cram up the description as much as possible. And surely you'll pass. All the best!
Bhai fail wo hote h jo Jake kuch ni karte abroad. Or aaj kal to wo bachhe bhi jate h jo sochte h ki bs mbbs me addmission lene matr se clear ho jayega.
Well im not a doc yet, im still studying. But im really anxious about the future, and it got to the point yesterday I got a tension heandache. Im worried if after the abroad MBBS id have enough recall ability to crack the Competitive Exams here, maybe its a skill that can be developed, but im only slowly progressing into full timw studies due to a long standing depression history. I just want to be a normal doctor and finish the abroad business and come back. Even though im top of class, having anxiety just changes everything. Also not knowing good role models and getting solid advice and not having similar minded friends kind of worsens the issue. Im really really turning things onto a positive side. Any words to console my worries?
Hey Bro, No need to worry too much, enjoy life when you are abroad, and beside that focus on your studies. Make good friends, who will motivate you, and make you more productive and help u build yourself. Coz we all are influenced by our surroundings. Man don't worry about the future, give your best at present, and future will take care of itself. If you need any advice, do text me on Facebook or Instagram (you can find link to reach me in the description of the video) I would be happy to help you. All the best future Doc.
This video talks about the Most Important/Moderate/Least Important subjects and topics for FMGE. m.th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html Watch it till the end The Most Important Subjects in the video you must go through main videos, and still if you have time, then go through the main videos of Moderate Important Subjects and if you don't have time then go for rapid revision of the Subjects from top to down as per the video that I have said and decide accordingly.
I wanted to ask u that while preparing from preladder do u use to make ur own notes by watching videos or u use to just watch videos and study from the notes which was provided by prepladder and how did u prepared medicine and surgery by just rapid videos....?? Im just confused that shud i make my own notes by watching prepladder or ill just study notes made by them....!! I u can answer this it will be very helpful...thanks....!!
Hi Vibhav, Better to use the provided prepladder notes (you can scribble softcopy or hardcopy whatever you have), coz if you make it on your own it will take decades to finish it. Yes I did RR for surgery and medicine and solved all the questions... All the best Doc.
Yes Doc. They are for FMGE, trust me now there's not much difference in FMGE and NEET-PG, if you go through some previous year qns of NEET-PG, you'll find those in recent FMGE papers...
I personally didn't use any review book, I studied most of the standard textbooks- like Robbins for pathology, Katzung for pharmacology during my med school. So can't really comment on any review books. But yeah you can use First Aid for USMLE step1, it's really good.
Congratulations!!!sir which are the most important subject ..to pass this exam decb2020...pls rply..n pls sir give me your opinion about image based questions dec 2020
Hi Doc Thank you! I have made a video on important subjects, subject wise preparation and important topics for FMGE. So please go and check it out - th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html About the image based qns, try to go through (X-ray, CT or Ultrasound findings, pathology slides, and pts clinical appearance) alongside the topics as you study... That'll help you consolidate the topics as well. If you want prepladder snapshots (images) you can find it in our telegram group, the link is t.me/booksfmge , if you couldn't get it then go to telegram and search @booksfmge and you'll get there, all the snapshots of prepladder are there in the files section. I'm soon going to post a video on last minute tips and tricks for FMGE, do watch it before you will go. Stay tuned. All the best Doc for your exams.
Hi Doc. I have made this video for those who are preparing for FMGE Dec. Here's the link to the last minute tips and tricks for FMGE, th-cam.com/video/qoBj3I3zHwU/w-d-xo.html Hope it will help you. All the very best.
Hi Dr I Guess you have not watched the whole video.... Watch it you'll get a lot of information about how to prepare.... To be specific I do talk about how to prepare when you're in medical school from 6:31 ( more precise 6:59) watch it again and you'll get your answer... All the best Doc.
If you need to know more dm me in FB or Instagram.
Doctor I am in med school and I have 2 yrs for fmge now ...my question is can I just take preplader and complete all subjects or must go through the books also
Hello Zeeshan, just go straight for prepladder/marrow as you have just 2 years to go, and finish up all the subjects and then when you have 6 months left start revision, and you'll be good to crack FMGE. All the best Doc.
If you don't have time, then you no other option than to go with rapid revision, but you must solve qns well and spend time on qns (previous years + RR qns + some imp. topics qns) and for PSM also do image based revision capsule, I guess that will suffice your preparations for PSM and obg-gyn. All the best Doc.
If you are in medical school, read the standard textbook that your university tells you to do, to build your concepts. Side by side you can also have a look on notes.
Hi.... I don't think it's horrible... But I would definitely say it's hard... But definitely success will follow you if hard work is done with proper skills and in an effective way... All the best!! There will be a video on the same.... I'll be making it soon😉🤘
I am in 3rd of med school from this year i started preparation for fmge.i am so confused and i dont know from which subjects i will start.please kindly help me out.
Hi Doc. I have made a video regarding Important Subjects and topics, it'll also guide you to create your own strategy. Watch it till the end and you must listen what I say in that video on 9th minute 08 seconds, coz that's for those who have 2-3 years to go for the FMGE exam. Here's the link m.th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html All the best, I'm sure you'll do well in the exam.
To be honest with you, Prepladder's qbank is not made specifically for FMGE.... That's the biggest drawback of prepladder... Prepladder has the same qbank for FMGE and NEET-PG, so there are many topics that are there in the lectures and notes of NEET-PG subscription which is not there in FMGE subscription.... That's why we miss so many questions coz we haven't learnt it... Prepladder should bring special qbank for FMGE!!!! But don't worry... We solve qns to gain knowledge and understanding of the topics... So take it as a learning perspective!!
Sir i am 2nd year student in Russia... Which is similar to 1st year.. When should I start for next exam... What should I do in 2nd Or 1st year for NEXT exam?
Better to use prepladder/marrow in your last two years of medical school, I would suggest you to read standard textbooks that your university recommends you and build up your concepts for NEXT ! All the best

Can you upload prep ladder mcqs pdf ?
As you mentioned it’s really important to solve those questions
Thank you doc. It's quite hard to get that, but if I'll get it from somewhere, I'll surely share with you all. All the best Doc. for your preparation.
By the way you can choose any well trusted resource for solving mcqs. Make sure that the answers are genuine and the description is worth reading.
Hello doc. I couldn't find prep. qbank but I do have marrow qbank. You can find those qbanks in our telegram group- t.me/booksfmge. We also post qns there so you can check out. Join the telegram group- t.me/booksfmge . All the best Doc.
Dr. Thomas Abraham I just tried to open that link
It’s not opening... something error
What to do ?
Do you have telegram?if yes then just search @booksfmge
Sir did u follow BD chawreshya antomy book or the given book by university
Hi Doc, I studied anatomy from Moore's Anatomy (recommended by university)
Sir,what for those who started mbbs in 2020 batch abroad.some strategy from now onwards to face future exams next/fmge
Hi Doc
Watch this video.. I do mention about how to study for those who are studying in med school somewhere in between the video... Hope you find it out..
Here it's summed up in one sentence"Read the standard textbooks!!"
Dr Thomas I’m a student from krgyzstan I’m fear about fmge im in 4th year now can u gide me pls by subject wise please 🙏🏻
Look at the video where i talk about most important subjects...
All the best
Hello sir...i want to ask that after I go with prepladder. Than is it compulsory to read text books for NEXT or fmge or pg. Does prepladder covered all content for being a doctor.
Better to use prepladder in your last two years of medical school, otherwise I would suggest you to read standard textbooks that your university recommends you!
Yeah prepladder and marrow cover almost all the topics!
All the best
can you suggest brief books for optha and ent?
Prepladder Rapid Revision
I m 1st year student so what the tips u have for us...kindly guide us so we will clear exam in 1st attempt...
Hi Muskan, Just focus well on studies in your medical school, read the books that the university recommends you to study from, and in your last year get a subscription of marrow or prepladder, and you'll be all good to write the exam, and definitely you'll pass. Don't worry you'll be fine. All the best!
Thnx for ur wishes doctor... And I follow all ur advice😊
Abroad mei all 19 subjects pdate hai ki kuch subjects nahi pdate hai??
Bro there are several countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, they have very similar course pattern like India, but if you go to Europe or China, Russia there you may find some differences in few subjects( like Preventive and Social medicine will be different for each countries, and usually in abroad ENT, Opthalmology, Forensic medicine and few others are not taught in detail as they teach here in India). I hope you got it. DM me to know more about it in FB or Instagram.
Can u plz make a video on strategy from very 1st year preparation
Bcoz m in 1st yr 😅

Congratulations dear '

PSM is the only books which I didn't read Till yet thanks for Focusing on it '
Now I'm in 4th year I'm studying Medicine from Deepak Marwah (Prepladder) should i go through the book also for it or Just it's lectures are Enough 💝,. subscribed
Thank you Doc.! Go through the lectures Doc. And follow the lectures with the book... That will consolidate your topics.
Im very weak student…how to start from basic from prepladder…will i be able to crack? Pls guide
I joined med school this year, and will be attempting NEXT after 6 years... How do i study, to make my mbbs and next easy to crack?
Hi focus on what your medical school is teaching you.... Read textbooks build concepts... Coz they never change
Try to build up your concepts and that comes through reading and learning textbooks
So start doing it from now onwards
And you'll be good at the time of exam
All the best
Hello Dr. Thomas Abraham . Im going to appear dec 2021 fmge exam can you please tell me how did you prepare for surgery ? Did you watch rapid revision or you did it im coaching ?
Hi Dr. Preeti
I solved all "I mean almost ALL" the questions of surgery from Prepladder(qbank+previous year qns) along with doing RR lectures...
as I didn't have time for main lectures....
But if you have time go for the main lectures...
All the best Doc.
Hello Sir, Would you give the entire info about NEXT as i will be appearing for next in Dec 2023 and not fmge
Yes I'll be making a video on it, All the best Doc.
@@DrThomasAbraham thankyou so much Sir🙏
Hello. Congrates on passing FMGE .
I had a issue coz files u provided on google drive are not opening . Can u look into tht. Thnx
Hi Thank you Doc. The link is functioning, try to copy the link on laptop and search it in Google directly and you'll reach the books section.
All the best
Did you studied txtbooks any subjects or just videos notes...
Yes I have studied most of the standard textbooks for subjects....
But for FMGE yes I prepared from video and notes.
Which book best for FMG exam and Next exam
Sir please guide us about next exam
Sure Doc. I'll try to make a video about the NEXT exam and about the preparation.
Tq
You are very welcome Doc!
Hello sir,
I am second year student so please give me straitigy for the next exams
How i prepared subjects in better manner..😊😊
What contact i read....
I would suggest you to watch this video- m.th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html
Try to finish atleast some of the most important subjects that I talk in this video from main lectures (Atleast PSM, ENT, Opthalmology, Obs-gyn).... And finish up the rest according to your time (with RR or main lectures)
Most importantly solve previous year qns of FMGE and NEET-PG and AIIMS....and cram up the description.
All the BEST!!
@@DrThomasAbraham thank you so much for explaining in this detail. :)
Thanks for sharing your notes through G drive. I have a doubt
The marrow notes and prep ladder notes are they for fmge exam or neet pg exam?
See there's not much of difference in Prepladder/Marrow FMGE or PG... In the link it's for NEET PG, hardly there's a difference of few pages.
@@DrThomasAbraham ok thanks
Hello bruh, thanq so much for the link...I'm going to take the exam in june 2021...psm,fm,ent, opth, obgyn, patho, physio, pharma (all lecture video from prepladder) and for the remaining subject's rapid revision and questions is enough?
Hi Sindhu, you are right, I think that would be enough, but don't forget to solve previous year qns of Neet-PG and FMGE, and cram up the description as much as possible. And surely you'll pass. All the best!
Surgery medicine
Bhai fail wo hote h jo Jake kuch ni karte abroad.
Or aaj kal to wo bachhe bhi jate h jo sochte h ki bs mbbs me addmission lene matr se clear ho jayega.
Sir apne prepladder s coaching k liye fmge cource select kiya ya medical pg course
Hi I used FMGE one, but if you are someone who is going to write NEXT(which will replace FMGE from 2022) then better go for Marrow or Prepladder PG.
@@DrThomasAbraham sukriya bro
You helped more than other videos Doc!
Thank you Doc. I'm happy that it helped you.

Hello doc I m in 4th year I want to start my preparations from now please suggest me to which subject I should start on prep ladder
This video talks about the Most Important/Moderate/Least Important subjects and topics for FMGE.
m.th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html
Watch it till the end
The Most Important Subjects in the video you must go through main videos, and still if you have time, then go through the main videos of Moderate Important Subjects and if you don't have time then go for rapid revision of the Subjects from top to down as per the video that I have said and decide accordingly.
Hi Vibhav,
Better to use the provided prepladder notes (you can scribble softcopy or hardcopy whatever you have), coz if you make it on your own it will take decades to finish it.
Yes I did RR for surgery and medicine and solved all the questions...
All the best Doc.
Hi brother, In which clg you studied mbbs?
The prepladder notes which are in the link .Are they for fmge preparation
Yes Doc. They are for FMGE, trust me now there's not much difference in FMGE and NEET-PG, if you go through some previous year qns of NEET-PG, you'll find those in recent FMGE papers...
Hello doc, is prepladder sufficient for NEXT?
Yes Doc. It's more than sufficient.
Review book please suggest
I personally didn't use any review book, I studied most of the standard textbooks- like Robbins for pathology, Katzung for pharmacology during my med school. So can't really comment on any review books. But yeah you can use First Aid for USMLE step1, it's really good.
Congratulations!!!sir which are the most important subject ..to pass this exam decb2020...pls rply..n pls sir give me your opinion about image based questions dec 2020
Hi Doc Thank you!
I have made a video on important subjects, subject wise preparation and important topics for FMGE. So please go and check it out - th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html
About the image based qns, try to go through (X-ray, CT or Ultrasound findings, pathology slides, and pts clinical appearance) alongside the topics as you study...

Right now I am in end of my first year so any suggestions for FMGE Preparation
Read standard textbooks that the university recommends you... Build your concepts!!
Please suggest how we can prepare for next exam as now we are in 4th yr
Yes Doc. Soon I'll be making a video regarding NEXT and it's preparation.
Bro now second year students how to prepare plz tell because we dono whether we have fmge Or next
Hi Dr
I Guess you have not watched the whole video.... Watch it you'll get a lot of information about how to prepare....
To be specific I do talk about how to prepare when you're in medical school from 6:31 ( more precise 6:59) watch it again and you'll get your answer...
All the best Doc.
Thanks for this detailed honest review. Also Anyone is willing to share prepladder for one month??
U are welcome!
Abroad ka mbbs syllabus Indian ke syllabus se kitne percent match krta hai??
Bro there are several countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, they have very similar course pattern like India, but if you go to Europe or China, Russia there you may find some differences in few subjects( like Preventive and Social medicine will be different for each countries, and usually in abroad ENT, Opthalmology, Forensic medicine and few others are not taught in detail as they teach here in India). @@DrThomasAbraham fir bhi European countries ke syllabus mei 50% ka difference to hoga??
Bro 70-80% of the course is same, it's the only 20% that makes the difference
Thank you Sir for guidance , Sir I never finished any book in med school , are prep lectures and notes enough to Crack fmge?
Yes if you have prepared it well....
All the best
Hello
From where did you do the previous years questions ?
Hi Neha, I solved previous year questions from prepladder. If you don't have prepladder, you can find it in our telegram group.
@@DrThomasAbraham thanks Dr. For ur time❤️
How much month does it take for an average student without much base😅 ?
Also feeling confused like from where to start ....😅
If I do not have time to watch spm and OBG/GYN main videos shoud I just watch rapid revision videos?
If you don't have time, then you no other option than to go with rapid revision, but you must solve qns well and spend time on qns (previous years + RR qns + some imp. topics qns) and for PSM also do image based revision capsule, I guess that will suffice your preparations for PSM and obg-gyn. All the best Doc.
@@DrThomasAbraham thanks for replying. Did u watch main videos of MED & Surg or only rapid revision?
I did rapid revision as I didn't have time to watch main videos... Soon I'll be coming up with a video on imp topics and subjects, so stay tuned.
Sir I have 150 marks in neet should I go for mbbs
Olny note help and other source for basic study ??
If you are in medical school, read the standard textbook that your university tells you to do, to build your concepts. Side by side you can also have a look on notes.
Hello sir , after how much time interval should we keep on revising . Pleaseeeee replyyyy
We should do revision of min. 1.5-2 months.... Along with Revision solve Previous year qns of FMGE and NEET-PG!
Sir, is fmge students life so horrible?. Tell me ur experience
Here's the link
m.th-cam.com/video/MOA1d3AjLTs/w-d-xo.html
All the best, I'm sure you'll do well in the exam.
I'm unable to solve the questions after attending the prepladder videos. It that normal? Did u face the same problem? How important are they?
