Thanks for watching and subscribing. As for priming, I only prime primary structure items where corrosion could cause structural issues. In the case of the ribs to skin, that is a secondary structure interface and not critical. Many of the punched holes come de-burred already but I always give them a feel to check and of course all builder drilled holes get de-burred.
Great job! Although I am building a Zenith Cruzer, I am also using a Dynon pitot tube and would like to use one of your installation kits! Put me on the list please!
Negative. The only flush rivets are the first row into the spar. There is no mention of dimpling and flush riveting anything else. I suppose it could be done but I’m not certain it’s worth the effort.
