I have been so discouraged the last few weeks because I was supposed to be training for a 5k and my knee is just not having it. 😢My friend and I are still going to do it, but we will walk. I have been drinking my water though!!! 😂 That’s something!
I was thinking about your 5K coming up-so sorry to hear about your knee!! But great job walking still, a lot of people would just give up 💜.

I was laughing when you said you sometimes have a hard time not working out on rest days. I definitely DO NOT struggle with that. 😂😂🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I am great at resting! 😌
