The drill you show ground ends up with 4 facets all right, but it doesn’t look like split point geometry. Secondary grinds must meet up exactly in the center point of the tip, and the wheel must have a really squarely or better yet sharply dressed cornet for this to work

Not true 4 facet grinding because you are still left with a chisel point in the middle of the drill. Proper 4 facet grinding completely eliminates the chisel point.
