Next week, on Gargos 'n Friends: After Gargos loses his job as a church gargoyle (trying to take over the world was in fact prohibited in the employee handbook), Skinny and Tubby must venture into the world of temp jobs to keep the bills paid; meanwhile, Omen gets Gargos's car towed and has to figure out how to break the news to his boss without being murdered. And then out of nowhere, Eyedol returns and challenges Gargos for control of the world... in a high-stakes game of Dance Dance Revolution!

Gargos being Stage Ultra'd at The Pinnacle just reminds me of how you defeat him in KI2, just look at it! A knock off and when he lands, there is an explosion!

exactly, I have no idea why they don't just do that. I mean if you don't like eyedol as he is, then they should just change him around a bit to fit into this game. I personally would rather see a redesign of a two headed cyclops ogre, than a gargoyle being redesigned as a demon (not that i dont love Gargos and his punch holes).

Gargos, tiny minion and the pig reminds me of the story Lion King.
So while looking at ways to find "hard counter" for Gargos, I'm feeling as though characters that have full screen or sweeping strikes would be the "Go to" characters. While not the best strategy, it would at least be a means to deal with his minions. As what Max has shown so far in his his videos, the minions can be quite the danger if you let them stick around, meanwhile if you don't have a means to dispose of them, they can easily stop whatever plans you want to do while Gargos can go ahead and have his time with you.

Didn't realise until now that someone attacking the minion on the other side of the screen is actually an opening for a teleport punch combo
The minions offer a lot of tactical advantages. Ignore them and they disrupt you. Try killing them and Gargos gets openings.
Max's loss on the Riptor player was partly because the minions were not out to disrupt the rushdown

but max Eyedol would translate extraordinarily well into this game besides the fact Microsoft is still the company that owns it and just because the production team changed doesn't mean they get to break promises and we were promised every character from the original Killer Instinct and he was a playable character a lot of us are still waiting on them to keep that promise I don't think anybody would have a problem playing a two-headed cycloptic Minotaur with a full screen overhead that can shoot fireballs knock your own crap back at you and wields a really ridiculously big magical Club and let's not forget regenerating Health back to the first health bar by stomping his hoof that was unique as well
gargos could regenerate health as well in KI2 why not just change up his move set like they did with gargos and make him more balance
