How does it know to dance after victory? Was that a glitch up or does it actually know the concept of victory?
@@gaminggoof1542 that was technically a glitch, albeit a very harmless one. If after an ultra the attacking character lands on its now defeated opponent just right, the game doesn't know which way to make the winner face to face their opponent, so it rapidly toggles back and forth looking like a cheesy hilarious dance. I've had it happen to me online after fighting someone. I felt really bad because of accidental bad sportsmanship, but I couldn't stop laughing.

The "Kyle" difficulty is apparently based on one of the developers that was basically god at the game.
Also, he apparently broke the combo counter during development.

Fight a computer that can read the future (or, more likely/accurately, when you do breakers on your controller)

What really makes it bad is that they can just break and save like 90% of their health every time. Like it's just ridiculous. Watching the stream, there were matches where the AI's break rate was like 90-100%! Yes, there were just straight-up matches where Max DID NOT GET A SINGLE COMBO!!!
***** Well yeah, Mortal Kombat has had this type of AI since the 90's, it's not a personal KI beef, it's just a general beef.
dracocrusher I don't even play KI but I know that's ridiculous.
***** There are a lot of other ways to beat an AI like this, for example in USF4, it would block everything, even if it were a command grab, so Zangief became godlike in arcade mode.

Golden Freddy when a video is first uploaded, it hasn't really fully uploaded or something so u can only watch it in 240p or 360p or something. If ur watching the video a while after it has been uploaded it will usually be available in high quality.

Grew up in arcades as a kid playing 3rd Strike and Mvc2 as a kid with my friends until they disappeared here and I kind of slowly forgot about how fun it was to play those games . Because Combo Assist exists? That and the AI is easy to fight against on the easiest difficulty. Some of the time they block, but they don't do a whole lot of moves on the easiest difficulty.

See, as cool as an AI that can guess and counter all your moves is, It's not very fun to play against, it goes from what could be considered a good challenge to a minotinous task where you have to play stupidly just to beat it. In a game focused on combos, having an AI that counters combos on the first frame is really stupid, unfair, and just plain boring

Man I love fighting games and I can remember the first time I played a lot of them, it was either arcade cabinets inside Walmart or when my uncle would take me to arcades. My first time with KI was at a Walmart, the same with virtua fighter.
