I do my own as well. Though, my hair is 90% white, so I can play with fashion colors. Back when I was working in a salon, my favorite thing to do was drastic color change.

I was told coloring my hair would cause my hair to stop growing as fast. It didn’t bother me because I went from shoulder length to waist length hair in a year several times. Actually kind of wanted it to slow down. Didn’t happen so I to have color frequently or allow the color to grow out more before recoloring due to time and money I normally let it grow out a bit before recoloring.

Hi Queen! I would love to see a video about using different oils on the hair like coconut, jojoba, etc. When to use which and for what benefit. Right now I mainly use them to detangle my hair on washday and maybe using some on my scalp. Hope you cover this topic :)

Absolutely love it 😍 I have naturally dark brown hair as well & besides one totally messed up balayage done by a “hairdresser” I've never really strayed. I'm starting to get some greys which I've just been root dying with a semi-permanent. I wish I could dye my own like yours or had a hairdresser in my family, too much $$ & maintenance for me with upkeep 😢

Oh man, this is making me miss my green hair so much. I wrecked my hair with dyes so now I go for box braids or wigs for colour. Plus having super short curls is much less work lol

I want my hair color to be like yours ( before not even after)!! My hair is darkening and using darker overtone did not help! Last year I had a balayage but with henna & overtone it is dark now 😢 I will try the overtone bleach and your technique to get some ombre and lift it a little!!

Love the color looks beautiful! I want to dye my hair but when I did in the past my hair changed. It got so stringy and lost all my curls until I did the chop and it came back to life. Terrified to try any color again.

I am glad that I am not the only one who thinks yea, bleach is a bit drying but I like my hair better with a bit of “damage” to it. 😂 Seriously though, I took a year off of bleaching determined to grow my natural color in. I did that. Got a big chop. HATED everything about my hair but most of all how soft it was! Sounds crazy but I need that little bit of dryness to make my hair more manageable. It legit looks so much better now that I’ve started bleaching it again. Glad I’m not completely insane … in that respect at least … 😅
