Thanks so much for the reply. This is my favorite TH-cam channel. You are genuinely a nice guy. You never get upset when things go wrong. The strongest word I have ever heard you say is “goodness”. You give everyone positive compliments and you have to be the best dad in the world. Your boys are very lucky to be learning from you. Now if you could just figure out a way to deal with Kevin you would be complete. lol. Your interface back and forth with him is the best part of your videos. You two work so well together!

I forgot. I have watched every one of your videos and I am totally amazed about how much knowledge you have stored in your brain about all of the equipment you work on.
Aw poor Kevin didn't get to bring the toy home! Some pretty kicken stuff at this show! Guys how long do you think in the real world that , that quick connect would last? ( the one were you don't have to change your hoses?) It's a neat concept. But really how long do you think it would work until you had to climb out and do something to it?

I was thinking about the same, if not less. The amount of sand, mud and small debris would likely be the main issue causing leaks, but rocks and gravel braking nipples or spring retainer seals, so many possibilities.
Great concept, but it seems like you would probably spend a lot of time pressure washing, brushing, picking, and digging stuff out from around the fittings and locking pins.
Of course I'm just seeing the quick video, so obviously real world would be different.
It's amazing all the different types of equipment suitable and versatile for specific and various situations. Fun to see you all together having some down time.

Another great equipment video! No doubt, hundreds of millions $$$$ of equipment at that expo. Hard to believe that there are still new pieces of equipment each year. You would think that everything would everything possible to invent and build would have been introduced last year? Dirt Perfect and Letsdig18 at the event was a nice feature.
As soon as I saw Kevin playing in the sandbox, I had to five it a thumbs up!

Wish I was at that Milwaukee booth
Not sure about that hydraulic quick connect. Seems like you'd have to get out to clean the fittings on whatever your coupling to before connecting to it. Then there's the added expense and weight of installing it on your machine(s) and attachments. Seems like a lot of bother and expense for almost nothing in return.
I have use Likufix ( Liebherr quick coupler)on a R918 quite a bit and i can told that you are gaining time when you are on a construction site where you switch attachement every time for digging footings, utilities lines etc... and it's not adding a lot of weight on your machine ( i think it's 50 kilos heavier than normal) except if it's a rototilt ( you add near 300kgs to your machine). I fact in France these type of couplers are very common on our machines even on wheel loaders and telehandlers.
I love trade shows.
