I found the REX coverstock to be really maintenance intensive on the Fate, I’m wondering/hoping that the pearlized TX-16 isn’t as needy! Thanks for the video!
Your reviews are so fine! I watched the quick Belmo vid, and he was splitting the 8-9 with this ball, which is distinctly not a 2-hander characteristic. Yes, he's going to love it; but it is very versatile, based on what you demonstrated, and I think it's going to be one of the best balls ever, considering the house shots we have nowadays.

Colors are very Similar to the Storm Byte from a decade ago. The faster you threw it & the deeper you went it got better & better! Reminds me of someone’s game to a T or shall I say B.
Hey Chris, figured I’d comment on this vid one year later. Still using my Journey and I love it (using it till it breaks, whenever that is). What’s your thoughts on this ball one year later?
i wish there was a way to find coaches in Ky that are not 2 hours away. i also wish i know more about Arsenal building im trying to build a 4 ball Arsenal for normal league play. i have a plastic spare ball and Hy-Road pearl need 2 or 3 more good options off HRP. I also want to start a ball collection of names/colors that look nice.
You could always keep it simple if its just league. You have a late pearl in the hiroad to use on burn so get the phase 2 for a middle ball and try something strong for the higher teir ball like a reality. Or maybe try other brands as well. Motiv for example is really good for alot of league bowlers. Same with hammer.

The Journey and XPonent aren't that similar where you couldn't have them both, but you would probably be too close between the gold label and Journey unless you go wacky with some layouts
What he means by that is, he makes a hand position change. He comes up the back of the ball alot more than around the side of it to cut down his angles. You can do this in stronger balls to keep your angles in front of you, so it doesn’t force you too far left immediately.

You know what Beef Stu, i think i might go with the Journey instead of the Gold Label.
I do well in Lewisville on Friday nights with my Phaze II, So I think the Journey will be a great addition to the arsenal.

Depends on style and skill level. Phaze2 is a nice starting point for most good players. If just starting, consider a hustle
