It depends. Some clients need a bigger company to work with, where they have a bigger team. For smaller projects and also depending on the freelancer - some have a network of other professionals who they can hire to help on the project -, choosing a freelancer is the best option financially but also in terms of timeline and execution.

It is a good exclusive product for getting the best graphic design for your project minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy at very last got amazing results with it.
