Very Impressive, this is your third 5th wheel less in than 2 years , a new truck and a farm house? Although I'm confused about you saying you're going to full-time in the RV, what about the farm house?
It's good they realized the mistake before it was completed! We ordered a Ford pick-up many years ago with a black interior instead of the standard green they were shipped from the factory with. When we inspected it we realized the left door panel was black but the right was green! At least that was an easy switch out, unlike what yours could have been. Enjoy your new Paradigm. That’s a nice floor plan, we wanted an extra room so we went with a mid bunk,. We bought a northpoint, we looked at Alliance but we wanted the mid bunk on a slide and the layout on the alliance didn’t fit our needs.
I don't mind people working fast, but what scares me is that things can be missed.... I rather have them take their time to get it right, so later down the road I won't have a problem.....i.e. leaks, electrical issues....
I would never buy an RV from that company. If they're going to let one of their employees sand that roof without a respirator or even a dust mask on. If they don't care about their employees health I'm sure they don't care about your RV.

That insulation under the front cap sure doesn’t look like it would cover the entire nose down to the bottom
