My 2004 chevy Tahoe keeps blowing the a/c fuse I replaced the blower motor resistor and blend door actuator what else could be causing to blow the fuse?.
    The blower works fine.

Question on the same year but Yukon. so same difference, I bypass the relay and my clutch engages. relays are fine I swapped with horn that works. On my diag tool, it reads that the command is being sent to the relay. Bothe the high and low pressure switches were replaced since they were cheap. Why else would the relay not send signal to the clutch to start?

Thanks for your video. It definitely was a clear and great video. My question is, if the 40a fuse isn't bad as you said to check, would my next step be the actual blower motor itself?

05 Silverado ac clutch wont engage... put new relay and it worked for like 20 minutes then off again

Hi, heyt bro I have a Tahoe 2005 and the Resistor was damaged ago 1 year because just work on the fan velocity number five, I bought the Resistor but now two times do the same and I exchange the Resistor two times for the life warranty and now was failing again, just works on number 5 velocity, this happens on 1 year of use!
What you think is the problem?

I replaced the resistor and pigtails. My fuse and relay are both good. Could it just be the blower motor

Is the fuse for the front blower motor same as the Rear blower motor...
I have a suberban GMC front ac works fine but rear blower is not workin.
Few days ago battry has died after replacing it all was good except the rear ac blower.

My blower motor has stopped working up front the rear still works. For some time now all the settings haven’t worked. Number one for instance stopped working several years ago on both the front and rear blowers. Is it a resistor possibly?

    • @dustincunningham6319

If the fan controls are not working or some speeds work and others don’t then it is probably the blower resistor under the glovebox needs to be replaced. That should fix it.

So if my ac compressor fuses are good and not blown and the front of the compressor is not spinning. I probably have a problem with the compressor itself?

Hello, I have an 05 Suburban. The ac compressor fuse continues to blow. The fan and blower continue to work- but the ac will not blow cold. It has been charged and worked for about 10 mins - and the stopped blowing cold.
    Any ideas?

Is it normal for the AC compressor to spin then stop and spin the stop every few seconds?

    • @_JerryLopez_

    • @dustincunningham6319

It’s short cycling. It could be low on Freon or could be a bad cycle switch cost $20 or could be a bad relay just swap one out with one like it under the hood to test it.

    • @3VAvenue
      @3VAvenue 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Don’t listen to Dustin, his answer is irrelevant. Jerry and James are both correct, it’s normal for it to stop and then go, think of it like a regular compressor, it stops to recharge and then turns back on
