I think the Kulinor's disruptor stats are maybe a *little* too strong given the era, it may be more believable if the Klingons had this tech, but not the Cardies. Of course, I may be biased due to repeated TNG and DS9 mentions of inferior Cardassian technology. Other than that, I love the Kulinor and its lore (as with all Cardassian ships and the faction as a whole). Great work as always, looking forward to the next!
Kulinor would get curb stomped one on one with an Excelsior class. The Cardasians might be able to win in a two on one but even then they aren't walking away unscathed. A one one with a Constitution refit, a Miranda, or a Constellation seems more like a fair fight to me.
