The food looks great. I love potato salad but rarely make it. I was actually thinking about making it a few days ago. It's been a long time since I've made any. I'm swapping out my oven for an induction oven. It is a Cafe smart oven. I'm waiting for my pressure cooker to finish; I canned salmon.
Wow! It was definitely cold in your area. It was freezing here, however, in the 20s. I have the woodstove going.
